OUR FEES AND OTHER REWARDS We charge the service fees applicable to our products ad services as set out i our Schedule of Fees ad Charges brochure (available o our website, at our Service Cetres ad upo request). We pay staff a salary ad ru icetive schemes liked to sales of isurace, loas or other products. Staff may the receive, as a small proportio of overall remueratio, a mothly bous or a occasioal o-moetary beefit such as a pre-paid holiday or gift voucher. Visit to our Service Cetre Whe you visit us at a Service Cetre, you will complete a withdrawal form. Whe you preset us with the withdrawal form, we will eed to see photo idetificatio. We eed to cofirm that the sigature o the withdrawal form is your sigature. Your withdrawal may be refused, if you: Are withdrawig a large amout from your accout; Do ot have photo idetificatio; or We are ot satisfied with the photo idetificatio provided. Normally, we require you to persoally atted if there is to be a withdrawal from your accout at oe of our Service Cetres. ATM/EFTPOS withdrawal Where there is a Automatic Teller Machie (ATM) or Electroic Fuds Trasfer Poit of Sale facility (EFTPOS) which accepts your Visa Card or Redicard, you may use the machie to withdraw from your S1, S11, S14 or S28 accout with us. We recommed that you check to cofirm with us ad the third party, the periodical paymet, direct trasfer, direct debit or regular paymet has bee processed. We do ot issue you with ay writte cofirmatio of a periodical paymet, direct trasfer, regular paymet or direct debit. The first documet ackowledgig the periodical paymet, direct trasfer, direct debit or regular paymet will be the ext statemet we issue to you after that periodical paymet, direct trasfer or direct debit. Paymet Order - If you request more tha oe periodical paymet, direct debit or regular paymet, we will determie the order i which they are paid. Stop Paymets - To stop or alter a periodical paymet, direct debit or regular paymet, you must provide either writte istructios, phoe us or visit a Service Cetre. We will require full details of the periodical paymet, direct debit or regular paymet at least (3) busiess days before the ext paymet is to be made. Care: if you have multiple paymets / policies with the supplier, the a istructio to cacel the paymet by the Bak will cacel all paymets made to that supplier (e.g.) Car isurace, home isurace ad cotets so it may be more effective to cacel the sigle policy with the supplier. Future Dated Electroic Trasactios - Future dated electroic trasactios will be processed o the closest workig day prior to the weeked or public holiday. Electroic trasactios coducted o a weeked or public holiday will be processed o the closest workig day after the weeked or public holiday. You must also istruct ay direct debit or regular paymet supplier to stop the paymet without delay. Isufficiet Fuds - should there be isufficiet fuds to meet your Periodic Paymet due date, the Bak will attempt to make the paymet for the ext 4 cosecutive busiess days. Your ability to pay your bill through BPAY depeds o whether or ot the party whose bill you are payig is o the BPAY system. You may apply for a Overdraft o your S1 Accout which will be subject to the Terms ad Coditios of a Overdraft credit cotract. We may, at our discretio, hoour a cheque, periodical paymet, direct debit, Visa or other trasactio. If your accout becomes overdraw for ay reaso, immediate repaymet is required. We may charge you a fee ad iterest o the overdraw amout at our overdraft iterest rate as well as ay reasoable legal fees we icur i obtaiig the amout from you. Statemets of Accout We will sed you statemets outliig the trasactios o your accouts at regular itervals. Your statemet will iclude the followig iformatio: Your Member umber; Accouts withi your Membership; Owers of the accouts; All debit ad credit trasactios o your accouts, icludig all paymet service trasactios, Iteret Bakig ad Redidial trasactios; The opeig ad closig balaces for your accouts (the balaces at the start ad ed of the statemet period), ad all the chages to the balaces i your accouts betwee the opeig ad closig balaces, which record the impact of your debit ad credit trasactios o your accouts. You should always check your statemets whe you receive them from us to: Cofirm the opeig balaces o your accouts are the same as the closig balaces o your last statemet; Check all the trasactios o your accouts are correct. If you do ot agree with ay details o a statemet, you eed to call us o 131 728 ad talk to oe of our Member Services Officers. If you are a joit accout holder livig at the same address as aother joit accout holder of the same accout, we will oly sed oe statemet of accout to that address. If joit accout holders live at differet addresses otified to us, o request we will sed a statemet to up to 2 differet addresses. Depedig upo what types of accouts you have with us, we will set out the frequecy of the statemets. At a miimum we will sed you four statemets a year. If you have a Cotiuig Credit Cotract, cheque book or Visa Credit Card with us, the you will receive statemets every moth. It is possible to have us provide you with statemets more ofte tha you may be curretly receivig them. We will make every effort to complete paymets for you but we have o obligatio to do so. We may also combie accouts whe you owe us a sum of moey after you overdraw a accout or fail to remedy a default uder a credit cotract (e.g. loa or overdraft). I these circumstaces, we are etitled to immediate repaymet of the debt. We will combie accouts by withdrawig a amout from ay accout with a credit balace sufficiet to pay the amout you owe us. If you have ay questios about paymet authorities or combiig accouts, call us o 131 728 ad speak to oe of our Collectios Officers. Accout Closure You are etitled at ay time to close your accout ad/or apply to termiate your Membership with us. We may close ay of your savigs accouts eve though the accout may have a credit balace. We will give you reasoable otice before doig so ad will repay ay credit balace. Ay Redicard, Visa Card or other access istrumet authorised for use o your accouts must be retured to us uless it is authorised for use o aother perso s accout. Geeral If you wish to close a accout or termiate a Membership, the you will eed to: Cotact us ad obtai the accout closure form; Complete ad sig the form ad retur it to us; If you are closig a accout, provide us with sufficiet fuds to brig the accout to zero if that accout is overdraw or subject to a Credit Overdraft; If you are termiatig your Membership, provide us with sufficiet fuds to brig all your savigs accouts to zero ad repay i full all loas you have with us; Retur all access/credit cards ad uused cheques. O receipt of these items, we will the process your applicatio. O receipt of your documets, we will: Close the accout ad termiate the Membership; Where ecessary, ope a ew Membership ad accout; Trasfer the moey from the closed accout to the ew accout, or if o ew accout is to be opeed provide you with a cheque i favour of the party directed by you. We follow this procedure, as it is ot possible to trasfer Memberships. We therefore must close a Membership ad, where appropriate, ope a ew Membership ad accout, ad the trasfer the moey from the accout i the closed Membership to the accout i the ew Membership. 5.8 EDVEST AND REDUCED FEES PROGRAM Edvest We have a service for Members over the age of 45 years. This service provides a umber of beefits ad we refer you to: The Product Profiles (page 10) which set out the Edvest accouts; Our Edvest brochure, which sets out the other beefits available to our Edvest Members. For you to become a Edvest Member you will eed to: Complete the Membership steps usig our Membership/ Product Applicatio forms. We will process your applicatio i the same way we process a stadard Membership ad accout applicatio, except that our records will disclose that you are a Edvest Member. The program gives you more fee free persoal cheques, ATM ad EFTPOS trasactios tha would ormally apply to our Member s accouts. The Reduced Fees Program are assessed o a caledar mothly basis. Idividual ad primary joit accout holders qualify for the Reduced Fees Program where the combied balaces of all savigs, ivestmets ad draw loas withi the oe Fiacial Services Guide Page 32

membership oly are kept over $5,000 for the whole caledar moth. Secodary joit accout holders qualify for the Reduced Fees Program for trasactios o the joit S1 accout or where the combied balaces of ay of your idividual accouts are kept over $5,000 for the whole caledar moth. Trasactios coducted usig the Visa Credit Card do ot cout towards the Reduced Fees Program. The Reduced Fees Program do ot apply to fees for ATM balace iquiries, Visa Cash advaces, overseas ATM withdrawals or ay draw loa balace from a Police Bak AMS securitised mortgage, Equity Maximiser Loas, Leasig accout, Olie SuperSaver balace, or Police Value Home Loas or Customs Value Home loas that were approved before 1st July 2011. We will tell you of all other variatios i advace by otice i writig to you. Our obligatio to give you advace otice does ot apply if variatios are required i a emergecy to restore or maitai our or your security. We fulfil our obligatios to give you otice uder these Terms ad Coditios if we post the otice by ordiary mail to the last address you gave us. For joit accouts we will provide oe copy of the otice addressed to the primary joit Member. Chages to your accout details You ca chage your accout details ad istructios with us. If you have a chage i ay of your details, i.e., chage of address, chage of ame, removal of authorised sigatories etc., the you eed to otify us immediately whe the chage occurs. SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS 7.1 SAVINGS ACCOUNTS Iterest Rate & Calculatio - Ay iterest you ear will be calculated by applyig the daily aual percetage rate to the daily closig balace of your accout ad paid to your accout yearly, twice yearly or quarterly as set out i the Product Profiles (see page 10). The daily aual percetage rate is the aual percetage rate divided by 365 (except for leap years). Please see the Iterest Rate Brochure for curret rates. No iterest is payable o ay S26 Mortgage Offset Accout (see Mortgage Loa Cotract Terms ad Coditios). Withdrawal Restrictios - All accouts are available at call with the exceptio of S6 ad S66, ad S15 ad S21 accouts o which o withdrawals are allowed for up to 7 days after deposit. For our S3 Christmas Club accout, your fuds are available at aytime but o withdrawal of fuds from your Christmas Club Accout betwee 1 Jauary ad 31 October each year, you will icur a withdrawal fee. Iterest is paid oce a year to 31 October uless you close your accout, whe we will pay iterest accrued up to the day you close your accout. For our S23 Bous Saver Accout, your fuds are available at aytime but if you withdraw your fuds i ay moth you will ot be paid bous iterest ad the stadard iterest rate will apply to your accout for the moth that the withdrawal/s were made i. Fees ad Charges - There are o accout keepig fees for these accouts. A dormacy fee applies. There are fees applicable to certai access istrumets ad paymet facilities. There are also charges for corporate cheque withdrawals ad excess fees for a umber of other types of withdrawal trasactios. Please see the Schedule of Fees ad Charges for details. Federal Govermet Guaratee Scheme - All savigs ad ivestmets up to $250,000 with the Bak are govermet protected. The accout holder may be etitled to paymet uder the Fiacial Claims Scheme; ad Access to the scheme is subject to a limit for each depositor; ad Iformatio about the scheme ca be obtaied from the APRA website at http://www.apra.gov.au ad the APRA hotlie o 1300 131 060. Fiacial Services Guide 7.2 INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS Iterest Rates - The iterest rate o your Ivestmet Accout will ot chage durig the term of the deposit. If we quote you a iterest rate for a Ivestmet Accout, the rate may differ if the deposit is ot made o the same day. See Product Profile (page 8) for other restrictios. Early Withdrawal Fees/Reduced Iterest - If you withdraw your deposit before the maturity date, we will pay iterest at a reduced rate from the date of deposit to the day prior to withdrawal. The reduced rate will be as decided by us from time to time ad ca be much lower tha the rate that would otherwise apply. Fees ad Charges - There are o accout keepig fees for these accouts. Certificates - Ivestmet Certificates will be issued for all Ivestmet Accouts o establishmet. Maturity of Ivestmet Accout - You have up to 5 workig days after the maturity date to provide ay chages to the term deposit istructios. Withi 14 days after maturity we will provide you with writte advice as to the correct applicable iterest rate where the origial istructios were that the deposit be reivested. Your deposit will be automatically reivested for a further term of the same duratio, or i the closest matchig available product. This will ot occur if you have already provided, or ited to provide alterate istructios to us i writig, prior to the maturity date. 7.3 PAYMENT FACILITIES Paymet Facilities / Access Istrumets - For these products, separate terms ad coditios will be provided to you o applicatio or request: Visa Debit Card - a debit card you ca use for cash withdrawals ad EFTPOS trasactios*; Redicard - a debit card you ca use for cash withdrawals ad EFTPOS trasactios*; Iteret Bakig - givig you iteret access to your accout iformatio ad paymet facilities*; Redidial - our phoe bakig service offerig access to your accout iformatio ad paymet facilities*; Fiacial Services Guide Page 36

Overdraft - a credit facility liked to your savigs accout*; Cheque Facility - givig you the coveiece of cheque book paymets*; BPAY - a facility to orgaise your bill paymets with access to the BPAY paymets system*. FINANCIAL HARDSHIP ASSISTANCE We focus o makig sure we led resposibly, but we uderstad that your circumstaces ca chage due to factors such as a chage i your employmet status. We have always attempted to provide mortgage/loa relief optios to our Members ad will cotiue to do so. I fact this approach has bee part of the way that we do busiess with our Members sice iceptio of the Bak. The Bak will always be ope to discussig with Members i fiacial difficulty the best optios available. Workig with you we ca make a assessmet of how best to assist you ad your family based of your ability to meet the obligatios of your loa. This is the high stadard of the service we have always applied. The Bak will work with your authorised represetative should you prefer a third party to assist you to work through your fiacial situatio. This may be a family member or laguage iterpreter or more formally - a tax aget, solicitor, power of attorey or a fiacial cousellor.
