We have used all default modules of Magento. We have developed a PHP based Integration Gateway that runs on our Server. It receives data from SuiteCRM & Magento and passes it on to the other system. integration starts, we first transfer Data from Magento to SuiteCRM & then from SuiteCRM to Magento. Our Gateway uses central DB that stores all the data temporarily so in case if other system is down, all data is synced well once the destination system is up. - The below table shows the linkage of modules, that can be considered. 3. Biztech Integration Gateway - Our Integration Gateway also provides a GUI, which gives up-to-date information on what data has synced between both the systems. Following are some of the Sections: 3.1. Dashboard Our solution allows Admin to login into the integration gateway and access dashboard. The dashboard shows the interactive charts and tabs for ease of access to Admin. 3.2. Customer Module Complete portfolio of your customer with their specific accounts details is integrated in SuiteCRM. User can view customer profile with synced details. It reflects customer name, product details, addresses, payment method, order amount etc. If product of Order Line exists in CRM, then Order Line will be synced. Installation and Cost - We charge for installation and set-up cost of the Biztech Integration Gateway, which includes installing our SuiteCRM Plugin & Magento Plugin. - We also create account for you in our Integration Gateway, which handles all communication between two systems. There is recurring charge to use the Integration Gateway that covers Support & Updates in the Gateway. - We are committed to this integration and will be releasing new version with more enhancements in timely manner.
