Ms. Davis is also a member of the firm s Management Committee. Representative Cases Timothy H. Cory, Chapter 11 Trustee of HDB, LLC, the owner and developer of the Mira Villa condominiums in Las Vegas. Post-petition financing of just under $38 million and unit sales free and clear of liens authorized, despite Clear Channel decision. Case involves extensive mechanics lien and preference litigation. Co-counsel for Ambac Assurance Corporation, which insured the First and Second Tier Bonds issued for construction of the Las Vegas Monorail. Ambac s motion to dismiss the Las Vegas Monorail chapter 11 Bankruptcy Case on grounds that it is not eligible to be a debtor under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, because it is a municipality required to seek relief under chapter 9 of the Bankruptcy Code, is presently on appeal to the District Court, with related motions and appeals. Co-counsel to indenture trustee for subordinated bonds in consolidated gaming case. Plan confirmed in July of 2010. High net worth chapter 11 individual debtor and former real estate developer in the states of Nevada, Colorado and California, who owned more than 150 companies related to his development projects, with over five offices and more than 100 employees at the peak of his business, assets of $53 million and liabilities of $107 million. Plan confirmed in March of 2009 after contested confirmation hearings, with effective date discharge obtained. Represented publicly traded electro chemical company as debtor in Nevada involuntary and Missouri voluntary proceedings. Venue was successfully changed to Missouri in March of 2008. Case resolved through 363 asset sale in Missouri. Sunwood Village Joint Venture, LP, as debtor in chapter 11 proceedings and defendant in removed commercial litigation. Assets valued at $14 million sold to buyer in joint plan, and publicly traded equity holders received in excess of $2 million through plan confirmed in February of 2008. Chapter 11 debtor corporation that owned international energy drink company in fast track chapter 11 case where DIP financing required asset sale in 75 days. Assets sold on day 74, in April of 2008. Plan confirmed in October of 2008. Three chapter 11 debtors who owned several thousand acres of industrial and commercial real estate worth $108 million, with liabilities of about $56 million. Cure and reinstatement of secured debt in plan confirmed in March of 2007. Ad Hoc Mechanics Lien Committee and co-petitioning creditors in involuntary chapter 11 case of local condominium owner and developer. Large mechanics lien claimant in chapter 11 case of condominium owner. Former special litigation counsel to chapter 7 trustee in Las Vegas helicopter company case. Large unsecured creditor in individual chapter 11 case, including related litigation. Primary secured creditors with claims in excess of $34 million in related chapter 11 cases for Tucson luxury

development whose primary asset has been valued by the Court at $48.9 million. Contested confirmation hearings to commence in August of 2010. Creditors rights representation of entities which purchased FDIC commercial loans in Nevada, Arizona and Utah. Creditors rights representation of Bank of George. Creditors rights representation of regional, national and local institutional and other lenders. Workout negotiations for retail, real estate, professional services and development companies. Several high net worth individuals in workout negotiations for themselves and their companies.
