Once insered an individual reamen plan is calculaed and a number of radiaion reamens are delivered, usually over 2 days. o deliver he high dose rae brachyherapy reamen he plasic caheers, which are in he prosae, are conneced o a machine which houses a small radioacive source. he radioacive source ravels hrough he plasic caheers, delivering he radiaion o he prosae. he reamen akes approximaely 15-30 minues, depending on your individual reamen plan.
