Your MPCS Local Account Manager will conduct a formal on-site implementation to educate your staff. Place More Orders More Efficiently We make ordering easy. That means you gain more time for resident care. As part of our team approach, your dedicated product specialist will contact your facility on a biweekly or monthly basis to establish your residents resupply needs, determine if your residents supply needs have changed and identify additional residents who could receive reimbursable supplies from MPCS. You may contact your product specialist directly via phone, fax, or email should your residents supply needs change. MPCS may be able to work with your current EMR system to further expedite the ordering process. More Shipping Solutions to Supply More Residents All new resident orders are shipped next day. 1 All resident reorders are shipped within one or two business days. 1 Products are packed in resident specific bags and shipped in bulk to your facility. Standard shipping for insurance orders is free of charge. 1 Shipping is contingent upon receiving product authorization from the insurance payer and does not apply to incontinence products.
