MUDDY MOTORSPORTS PARK RULE BOOK Updated 2015 General Rules 1. All spectators and crew members must be behind the crowd control fence. 2. Only track officials and one crew member will be on the track for line up. 3. All trucks must be in staging area when your class is called. You must be in your truck and ready to go when called to the line. If your vehicle breaks before your class starts your money will be refunded at the time of payouts. 4. Nitrous is only allowed in specific classes; refer to each class to see the rule in regards to nitrous. 5. Any driver or team member of a race team involved in a fight will result in the driver and entire race team being asked to leave the track for the day. The driver will be disqualified from any runs made and NO REFUNDS will be given. 6. No drugs allowed at all! No alcohol allowed in the staging area or race vehicle. Drivers CANNOT consume any alcoholic beverages before driving. If found to have been drinking, you WILL be disqualified with NO REFUND! 7. If a driver goes out of bounds (any tire on top of the wall or beyond designated are at the end of the track) they will be disqualified. It is the track official s final call. 8. All trucks are subject to an open hood inspection at any time by the track officials. 9. If your class does not require you to pull the cable and you get stuck or break you will have to hook the cables yourself. We will get it as close as possible. 10. All trucks must have a visible solid hook up on the front and rear. No chains; we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle. 11. All drivers are responsible for all crew members, and their guest, including children while at the track and in the pit area. 12. Trucks may register twice in the same class with no more than two different drivers. No switching drivers between rounds. A single truck with multiple drivers can only place ONCE in the money, but points will be awarded by actual finish. Only the plate corresponding to the specific driver at the time should be displayed in the window. 13. If you pull the cable into the pit you will be disqualified. 14. No restarts, you are not allowed to back up or restart. 15. Fuel tanks not in factory location must be secured by at least 2 straps (no rubber straps). Fuel cells cannot be located in the cab. 16. Batteries must be secured additions: A. Fuel cell separated from battery B. Batteries bolted down with approved holder 17. All vehicles must have firewall between the driver and the engine. 18. All trucks must have brakes and reverse. 19. Any truck cutting up in the pit area will be disqualified for safety reasons. DO NOT horse around in the pits, or on the grounds. 20. Please do not bother the announcer or tower personnel. If you have a problem or complaints go to a track official.

21. All drivers will obey the rules of this organization or be disqualified. You and your race team will also be asked to leave with no refund and no points. 22. All non-street vehicles will have full drive shaft and yoke loops front and rear. 23. Any questions or complaints will be discussed with a track official; their decision will be the final say on any and every call. We are the judge, not you! 24. A fire extinguisher is mandatory, and must be within reach of the driver. It must be an ABC type extinguisher and sully charged. No CO2 Extinguishers. Please no larger than a 5 lbs extinguisher and mounted in a bracket with quick release. 25. All drivers must wear helmets. The helmet must have a current DOT approval. 26. All non-street vehicles must have a battery disconnect on the vehicle. This disconnect must be in the driver s reach while belted into the seat, no disconnect mounted on the dash. 27. All non-street vehicles must have roll cage. See specific class for details. 28. Truck beds must be free of debris that could fall on or in the track. AT ALL TIMES! 29. If your truck has multiple drivers, at the time of registration you have the option to be separated by 2 plate numbers. This rule was implemented to keep you from having to run back to back. This will only be done at the time of registration. 30. The first truck in the pit can scratch the first run and run third, but you must let the track official at the shutdown end know when your first run is over. It is your responsibility to let us know! 31. Neutral safety switches are required and will be tested; this is for all automatic transmission equipped vehicles. HAVE A GOOD TIME AND PLEASE REMEMBER.SAFETY COMES FIRST!

STREET CLASS 1. All general rules apply. 2. Truck must be street legal! Trucks are not required to have tags or insurance. 3. This class MUST pull the cable! 4. Tires must be D.O.T. approved. No cut or modified tires. 5. No heavy engine modifications. No Blowers 6. No Dominator carburetors. 7. Injection changes or modifications must be small. (no Enderly or High Performance Systems) 8. Must have stock suspension. (Lift is allowed for tire clearance) 9. Must have mufflers (unless diesel) no upright headers, Header upgrades are allowed as long as the headers are connected to full exhaust. 10. Aftermarket air filter upgrade is ok. 11. Nitrous is NOT ALLOWED, No bottle in the truck and lines must be plugged. Any truck found with connected lines in this class will draw a DQ! 12. Must wear helmet. Helmet must have current D.O.T. Approval. 13. Must wear seat belt/harness. If you are using a 4 or 5 point harness it must be in date. 14. Must have solid visible hitch points for cable. No chains. 15. Motor must be same make as vehicle. 16. No forced induction system. (unless factory or diesels with turbo approved) 17. Four wheel brakes required. 18. Must have full factory body and frame (trimming fenders for clearance approved) bed must have floor in it. Bed can be homemade but must have a bed or stake bed. 19. Motor and axles must be in stock location. (Axle swaps are approved as long as the make could have come with that truck) 20. Must have factory dash, and no gutting the cab. (After market gauges and shifter approved) 21. Must have working factory lights. 22. Any vehicle that came from the manufacture with a removable top (i.e Blazer, Bronco, Scout, Jeep Etc.) will be permitted to remove the top, but must have at least a roll bar. 23. Tire size for this class is, up to 40 inch D.O.T.

STREET WARRIORS CLASS 2. Tires must be DOT approved 3. Must be of street type. Tags and insurance are NOT required 4. Open headers and up-rights are approved for this class. 5. There is a single carburetor limitation; dominator carburetor is approve in this class. 6. Fuel cells must be located in the bed and secured by at least two metal straps, no rubber straps. 7. Must have full factory body (trimming of fenders for clearance is approved) 8. Steering must be factory style steering box; hydro assist and cross over are ok or full hydro. 9. If you have to change your body or chassis, your axles must fit into the wheel wells. 10. No nitro methane or alcohol fuel in this class. 11. Must have factory fire wall. 12. Nitrous is NOT allowed. No bottle in the truck and lines must be plugged. Any truck found with connected lines in this class will be disqualified. 13. Must have a kill switch within reach of the driver. 14. SFI fire suit RECOMMENDED!

IRON X CLASS 2. Front differential must be active. 3. Blowers allowed and must be NHRA approved, with all approved safety equipment. 4. Any tire, any size and tractor tires approved. Cuts, Paddles, or Modified Tires ALLOWED! 5. All drivers MUST WEAR SFT 3 approved fire suit and all accessories. All items must be in date. 6. All drivers must wear a neck collar or approved HANS device, and DOT approved helmet. 7. Drive shaft, and yoke loops required for both front and rear. 8. Must have ignition kill switch within reach of the driver while belted in the seat. 9. All safety gear is REQUIRED, and must be in place before the race (i.e. TRANS SHEILD, SLIPPER CLUTCH BLANKET ECT.) All items must be in-date, and inspected by YOU! 10. ALL DRIVERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF THEMSELVES, THEIR CREW & THE SPECTATORS. 11. All trucks must have an 8-point roll cage, fully gusseted. 12. Must have Transmission Blanket Shields, or Current SFI rated Trans Housing. All SFI approved equipment must be in date. 13. This is the ONLY CLASS to allow Nitrous!

SUPER STREET CLASS 2. Every truck must pull the cable. 3. Tires must be DOT approved, NO CUTS, TRACTOR TIRES OR MODIFIED TIRES. 4. Must be of street type. Tags and insurance are NOT required. 5. Open headers and up-rights are approved for this class. 6. Must have stock suspension (Lift is allowed for tire clearance) 7. Motor and axles must be in stock location (Axle swap and straight axle conversion are ok) 8. There is a single carburetor approved in this class. 9. Dominator carburetor approved in this class. 10. Fuel cells must be located in the bed and secured by at least two metal straps, NO rubber straps. (Batteries and fuel cell cannot be located in the same box.) 11. Must have full factory body and frame. (Trimming of fenders for clearance is approved.) 12. Bed must have a full floor in it. 13. Must have working factory lights. 14. Steering must be factory style steering box; hydro assist and cross over are ok. No full hydro. 15. If you have to change your body or chassis, your axles must fit into wheel wells. 16. No Nitro methane or alcohol fuel in this class. 17. Must have factory fire wall. 18. Nitrous is NOT ALLOWED. No bottle in the truck and the lines must be plugged. Any truck found with connected lines in this class will be disqualified! 19. Must have a KILL SWITCH within reach of the driver. 20. SFI Fire suit required 21. Must have a fire extinguisher within reach of the driver. 22. Must have a drive shaft, and yoke loops on both front and rear shafts. 23. No aftermarket blocks and NO blowers. 24. Must have solid visible hitch points for cable. No chains. 25. 8-point roll cage is MANDATORY. 26. Tire size for this class is up to 44 inches. 27. Drop box transfer cases are allowed.

SUPER MODIFIED CLASS 2. Tires must be DOT approved, NO CUTS, Tractor Tires, or Modified Tires. 3. Cable is optional in this class. Refer to general rules about NOT pulling the cable. 4. Nitrous is NOT allowed. No bottle in the truck and lines must be plugged. Any truck found with connected lines will be disqualified! 5. No Nitro methane fuel. 6. Must have solid visible hitch points for cable. NO chains. 7. Naturally aspirated ONLY! 8. Wheel based cannot exceed 150 inches. 9. Must wear helmet. Helmet must have current DOT approval. 10. Must have at least a 4-point harness and be in-date. 11. Driver must wear SFI-3 Approved Fire Suit, and all accessories. 12. All roll bars must be attached to the frame. 13. Must have front and rear drive shaft and yoke loops. 14. All trucks must have and 8-point roll cage, fully gusseted.

UNLIMITED CLASS 2. Front differential MUST be active. 3. Blowers allowed and must be NHRA approved, with all approved safety equipment. 4. Any tires, any size and tractor tires APPROVED. Cuts, paddles or modified tires ALLOWED! 5. All drivers MUST WEAR SFT 3 approved fire suit and all accessories. All items must be in date. 6. All drivers MUST WEAR a neck collar or approved HANS device, and DOT approved helmet. 7. Drive shaft and yoke loops REQUIRED for both front and rear. 8. Must have ignition kill switch in reach of the driver while belted in the seat. 9. All safety gear is REQUIRED and must be in place before the race (i.e. Trans shield, Slipper clutch blanket, ect.) All items must be inspected by YOU! 10. All trucks must have an 8-point roll cage, fully gusseted. 11. Must have Transmission blanket shields, or current SFI rated Trans housing. 12. This is the ONLY CLASS to allow Nitrous! 13. This is the ONLY CLASS to allow cuts and paddle tires! 14. ALL DRIVERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF THEMSELVES, THEIR CREW AND THE SPECTATORS!

MEGA TRUCK CLASS 1. All general rules apply 2. 2.5 ton or larger axle required. 3. All drivers MUST WEAR SFT 3 approved fire suit and all accessories. All items must be in date. 4. All drivers MUST WEAR a neck collar or approved HANS device, and DOT approved helmet. 5. Drive shaft and yoke loops REQUIRED for both front and rear. 6. Must have ignition kill switch in reach o the driver while belted in the seat. 7. All safety gear is REQUIRED and must be in place before the race. All items must be in date and inspected YOU! 8. All trucks must have an 8-point roll cage, fully gusseted. 9. Must have tires that are 49 inches or higher 10. ALL DRIVERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF THEMSELVES, THEIR CREW AND THE SPECTATORS.
