Data Exchange of SEPA Mandates SEPA mandates can be exchanged between SAP CRM and SAP ERP: Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) In Customizing, SEPA mandate management needs to be set to Active for the application FI-AR or FI-CA. 1. SEPA Relevance in CRM Business Transactions The assignment block Billing in CRM business transactions contains the fields Payment Terms, Mandate ID* and Payment Method* both on header and item level. Terms of Payment are defaulted based on the payer master data If the Payment Method is SEPA-relevant, it is automatically defaulted. If a unique mandate exists within the payer master data, it can be automatically defaulted. Mandate ID and Payment Method are hidden fields in the default UI configuration, as those fields are typically only relevant for customers in the euro zone.
