Ad-hoc queries are built dynamically, providing the flexibility that users need to extract maximum information from the data. Spatial E&P Data Presentation PowerExplorer software features a GIS map built on Esri technology. MapObjects Java Edition provide a common presentation of E&P spatial data independent of their storage. The familiar Esri tools, such as spatial analysis, E&P base mapping and import/export capabilities are available to the end users. An advanced Area of Interest Wizard allows users to easily create and manage the geographical areas on which they wish to work, as well as, adding other data sources to their view, such as shape files, and Oracle spatial layers. ZGF File Import/Export PowerExplorer software reads ZGF files directly into the GIS map, preserving original colors and symbols. Users can choose one or more pictures from the ZGF file to import and in converse, spatial features (i.e., licenses, pipelines and wells) can be exported to ZGF files, honoring the coordinate system of the display. Spatializer The Spatializer can turn spatial data from any repository into a shape file or SDE layer. The aim of the Spatializer is to crawl across multiple data stores and extract their spatial data in a federated layer. This tool is extendable via XML and customizable to access any repositories and data types supported by PowerExplorer software. Tabular Data Presentation Data is presented in a spreadsheet format with advanced data filtering functions and data exporting. Rows and columns can easily be manipulated to facilitate data management. Reporting Wizard Reports are easily generated from the PowerExplorer Reporting Wizard. These Reports are based on a combination of multiple data levels and can include a snapshot of the map. The report templates are fully customizable via XML and can target any JDBC-like database. In addition, Reports can also be exported to an ASCII delimited file.
