A warm welcome. Whether you are operating globally or in specific countries, we can offer something that perfectly fits your requirements. Our portfolio of products and services gives us the knowledge and experience to address all kinds of fleet needs, ranging from car park renewals to setting up an entirely new company fleet. We know that fleet and corporate customers need tailor made solutions fulfilling their requirements and that is exactly what we can offer you. All of our vehicles have a high reputation for manufacturing, technology and safety ratings well known on European markets. Our model range has very good residual value, which results in an excellent total cost of ownership. As well we can offer you a very good low CO 2 emission engine palette with competitive fuel consumption values for your environmentally friendly fleet. Our manufacturing plant is located in the heart of Europe in the Czech Republic, where in 1905 we began our automobile production. From 1991 we have been a part of the Volkswagen Group, and recently we highlighted our global activities by our presence in 101 countries worldwide. I hope that this brochure will give you detailed information on the key aspects of our activities. Should you have any questions please don t hesitate to contact me or any member of my team. I m looking forward for our future cooperation. WHAT MAKES ŠKODA CARS SPECIAL TO FLEET CUSTOMERS? The unique qualities of ŠKODA cars make them one of the most popular vehicles for fleet customers. While fleet managers are focused on operating costs and residual values, the drivers themselves are mainly interested in safety, space, comfort and performance. ŠKODA Auto offers all of these things and that makes us special to our customers. ROOMINESS In their respective categories, all ŠKODA models offer unmatched roominess for both the passengers and their luggage. TCO The ŠKODA brand represents an excellent alternative from both an operating cost perspective as well as the residual value of the vehicle. SAFETY Whether you imagine the overall safety of the whole crew or the safeguard features of the vehicle itself, we always have a lot to offer. SMART SOLUTIONS The ŠKODA models provide a wide selection of smart simply clever equipment and solutions. GREENLINE The GreenLine range offers economical operation and lower CO 2 emission levels while maintaining a high riding comfort. HIGH QUALITY Customer satisfaction is our priority, whether handling the cars themselves or through other products and services.

ROOMINESS Even though the individual ŠKODA models belong to various car classes, they all have something in common. In their categories, they all offer unmatched roominess. Sophisticated concepts and solutions implemented by our engineers bring all our customers maximum vehicle comfort and an exceptional amount of room for their luggage. For a feeling of even greater roominess some models may be equipped with a panoramic glass sunroof. Passengers sitting in the rear seats of the ŠKODA cars have more than enough room for their knees as well as above their heads. Especially exceptional parameters are offered by the Superb, Superb Combi (on the photo) and Roomster models. With the Net Programme you will increase the variability of the luggage compartment and prevent the carried objects from moving. The mid-level luggage compartment floor for the Combi models facilitates easier luggage handling by placing the bottom of the compartment on the level of the loading edge. In addition, it provides you with discreet storage space.

TCO Cut costs without cutting corners. The total cost of ownership and residual values of any vehicle are crucial factors that every fleet manager needs to consider before a purchase decision. Thanks to the reassuringly high residual value and minimum maintenance costs of ŠKODA vehicles, making those decisions has never been easier. As further proof, our latest model, the Superb Combi, earned the Best in Class Running Cost in Spain, France, Italy and UK, and was also nominated for the Best in Class Residual Value forecast in Germany according to EurotaxGlass s. www.skoda-auto.com/fleet

Constant reduction of fuel consumption and CO 2 emissions has become one of the most significant long-term programmes of all ŠKODA vehicles. However, regarding the GreenLine version, the environmental aspect is more than crucial. If you decide to spice up your fleet with this model range, you will reduce the fuel consumption as well as the CO 2 emissions. Consequently, your fleet expenses will improve as well. Cost-efficient operation and lower CO 2 emissions are also available with the Green tec model range. This offer is valid for selected Fabia, Roomster and Octavia engines. GreenLine versions of ŠKODA models Model Engine Combined consumption and CO 2 emissions Fabia and Fabia Combi 1.2 TDI CR DPF/55 kw 3.4 l/100 km, 89 g/km Roomster 1.2 TDI CR DPF/55 kw 4.2 l/100 km, 109 g/km Octavia 1.6 TDI CR DPF/77 kw 3.8 l/100 km, 99 g/km Octavia Combi 1.6 TDI CR DPF/77 kw 4.1 l/100 km, 107 g/km Superb and Superb Combi 1.6 TDI CR DPF/77 kw 4.4 l/100 km, 114 g/km Our dream is green. The term safety has a wide meaning in connection with cars. It can mean both a strong body of the car, excellent driving characteristics or many other features and accessories that in some way enhance the safety of the crew. Safety can be enhanced by numerous features and functions controlled by buttons located on the centre console: ASR (Anti-Slip Regulation); ESP (Electronic Stability Programme), which remains activated even when ASR is switched off; TPM (Tyre Pressure Monitoring); parking sensors; Parking Assistant for safe parallel parking; fifth door control accompanied by an acoustic warning signal. The front side airbags protect the pelvis and chest. The driver knee airbag prevents contact with the lower part of the dashboard in the event of a collision. The linear reflective surfaces, cat s eyes, improve the visibility of the rear of some models. Safety lights on the panelling of the front and rear doors alert drivers passing around an open vehicle. At the same time, safety can be understood as the overall safeguard of the car itself as it is your property. In any case, the ŠKODA cars offer a high standard of safety, starting from the very basic version. In addition, you can supplement the safety equipment of the various versions of the individual models according to your wants and needs. The Roomster, Superb and Yeti models achieved the highest score in the internationally renowned consumer safety test EuroNCAP (European New Car Assessment Programme).

SMART SOLUTIONS Starting from the basic versions, the complete ŠKODA model range offers a wide selection of smart simply clever equipment. Additionally, as a part of the equipment wish list we offer you a variety of sophisticated solutions, which enhance the practicality of the car for both business and leisure. The steering wheel range for ŠKODA cars is very wide. The top offering is represented by the multifunctional 3-spoke leather steering wheel, which enables you to control the radio and phone and change the gears of the DSG (Direct Shift Gearbox), see the Superb model photo. The Columbus navigation system with a 6.5" colour touch-screen and voice command function enables watching TV broadcasts and browsing teletext pages in combination with the TV tuner. The GSM II phone preparation is designed for Bluetooth enabled devices, the GSM III set further supports phones with rsap (remote SIM Access Profile). The MDI (Mobile Device Interface) enables control of an external device through the radio, navigation system or multifunctional steering wheel. Lounge Step removable woven carpets with a footrest (for the Superb and Superb Combi models) will be appreciated by rear seat passengers on long trips. You will find a practical removable LED flashlight on the left side of the Superb Combi luggage compartment, which recharges automatically when put back in its place (when the engine is running). The flashlight is equipped with a magnet, so it can be mounted, for example, on the body of the vehicle when needed, such as when changing a punctured tyre. The Boarding Spots for the Octavia and Superb models, designed to illuminate the entry area, are located on the external mirrors and on the underside of the front and rear doors. The electrically controlled 5th door is opened and closed automatically. It can be controlled from four different locations: button on key with remote control, button on centre console, internal button on 5th door panelling and external Softtouch button. You may adjust the upper door position individually according to your needs.
