Everyone was prepared and there were no technical difficulties.attendance was high and we were able to stick to our scheduele very well. Our script helped keep us on track and each board member understood their role.food line was run smoothly What would you do differently?: Have one large overflow room instead of four small ones.work on more exact estimations so would could order food more accurately.
