2 The Dental Safety Net: A broad range of resources with the common mission of delivering oral health care to persons who experience barriers to accessing the health care services they need. Safety net dental clinic services are typically offered at low or no cost. This handbook has been developed by ORAL HEALTH SOLUTIONS to identify the safety net dental clinics and oral health resources that are located throughout Indiana. It is intended that this information be used by and for Indiana constituents to increase access to dental care and improve Indiana s oral health.
