1 The Company N&C is in the business of telecommunications, IT, data networks, and electrical and safety systems since 1983. N&C offers its clients a wide range of services designed to meet all their ICT (Information and Communication Technology) needs and to help them to manage and develop their business. The main activities of N&C can be summarised in the following categories: 1) Information Technology 2) Telecommunications 3) Data Networks 4) Electrical engineering 5) Safety 1.1 Information Technology 2.4 Desktop Management Our Desktop Management (DTM) service is designed to manage all IT systems installed at our Clients' premises. This service includes the following activities: initial installation of electronic equipment (personal computers and accessories); installation of the software required to perform working activities; recovery of normal system and application functions after a malfunction (technical support); management of workplace changes, evolutions or displacements; hardware maintenance on electronic equipment 1.2 Telecommunications and Data Networks Structured cabling with copper and optical fibre cables, traditional and Voip telephone systems, Local and Wide Area Networks, teledata systems, setting up of radio links and operating stations. 1.3 Electrical engineering Civil and industrial electrical systems, building automation systems, outdoor lighting systems, civil and hotel automation, construction of electrical substations and MV/LV transformer substations. 1.4 Safety Intrusion detection and local video surveillance systems, fire systems, remote alarm and access control systems. We can assist our Clients in all project phases and in the following technology areas: Feasibility studies Planning Setting-up and commissioning System management and maintenance We think of "networks" in their broadest sense; therefore, our services are designed to meet all Clients' needs, from structured cabling to basic software and training. 1.5 Planning The Planning services provided by N&C for Local and Wide Area Networks consist of a series of activities than can be summarised as follows: Feasibility studies and analysis (ASSESSMENT) On-site visits of the areas where the systems should be installed Master planning Detailed planning (logic diagrams, physical diagrams, executive diagrams) Planning of time schedules (Gantt or Pert charts) Outline and/or detailed bills of quantities RFQ drafting Purchasing Office assistance in technical evaluation of proposals Technical Sales support during negotiations with Clients Preparation of general and/or generic technical specifications Preparation of general technical information sheets Technical support in the evaluation of Suppliers' solutions/offers Evaluation of new technologies, solutions, and architectures 1.6 Project Management The Project Management services provided by N&C in the development of Local and Wide Area Network systems consist of a series of activities that can be summarised as follows: Assistance in the compliance with Health and Safety standards Coordination and on-site assistance in the areas where the systems are being installed System commissioning and connection of active equipment according to executive diagrams Support and/or direct participation to progress meetings with Clients Regular checks to verify the compliance with technical specifications and time to completion File: Revisione: 1.0 Data di emissione: 23/07/15 Pag. 4/8

Support to the Project Management in drawing up statements, progress reports, etc. Interfacing with the Clients' government agencies Assistance and verification of all system testing phases Collection and preparation of testing documentation 1.7 Work Supervision The Work Supervision services provided by N&C are applicable to all implementation phases in projects where Project Management is performed by the executing firm and/or third parties. These services consist of a series of activities that can be summarised as follows: Non-continuous supervision, also on-site, in the areas where the systems are being installed System Commissioning Supervision Support and/or direct participation to progress meetings with Clients Checks to verify the compliance with technical specifications and time to completion Support to the Project Management in drawing up statements, progress reports, etc. Collection and preparation of testing documentation 1.8 Management and Maintenance N&C completes its offer providing Management and Maintenance services for Local and Wide Area Networks, working with a highly qualified staff in multivendor environments. In particular, we address our offer to all Clients equipped with a Local and/or Wide Area Network who, lacking an internal structure of their own, need a Partner able to support them in the management and development of their networks. By "network" we mean ALL its defining components: Cabling, Active equipment, Personal Computers, Printers, Basic Software, etc... This service can be performed either remotely or at the Client's site, also with a dedicated supervision centre, and the following activities are guaranteed: Network performance analysis; Management of the growth and demand of new services; Troubleshooting and failure management; System configuration and personalization; Reporting; Our maintenance service is designed to ensure continuous system functions. In collaboration with our Clients, we identify the operating model most suitable to their actual needs.
