The intent of this package is to assist in a systematic and thorough analysis of Georgian s Program offerings. Each program area is required to perform a Program Renewal every 5 years to ensure we maintain currency in our program offerings in conjunction with MTCU standards and meet discipline related requirements. 2 P a g e

Comment on student and graduate performance, employment rates and trends, student, graduate, employer satisfaction rates (KPIs), and student application, registrant, and enrolment rates and trends. Discuss the program s recruitment and retention strategies. Detail the program s Promotional (Marketing) Plan. Include key messages, objectives, strategies, target audiences, timelines and tactics.
