Enerfin Resources Company Overview Enerfin Resources Company is a natural gas midstream field services business. Enerfin, through its affiliated midstream operating entities, owns and operates natural gas gathering pipelines, compression, treating facilities, processing plants, dehydration facilities and gas & NGL product delivery pipelines. The Company was founded over twenty six years ago, is privately held and currently has operating locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, California and Oregon. As a growth oriented natural gas midstream company, Enerfin focuses on: delivering exceptional natural gas field services coupled with marketing services to producer customers proactively expanding gas gathering, treating, processing and dehydration facilities developing new greenfield gas pipeline and related facilities projects in emerging oil & gas areas; and participating in synergistic upstream leasing, seismic, drilling, development & production opportunities Assets Capsule: 5,400+ miles of mostly low pressure gathering pipelines accessing 5+ million acres of oil & gas production areas 80,000+ MMBtu/day gathered system volume throughput 22 MMcfd owned processing capacity and access to 500+ MMcfd third party processing capacity 35,000 HP compression, 40+ units at 30+ locations Multiple gas treating & dehydration facilities Multiple gas, NGL & condensate market outlets Deployable small scale JT/Refridge plants

Midstream Services Enerfin provides "bundled" field services (well connections, gathering, compression, processing, dehydration and treating) with "bundled" commercial services (gas & NGL marketing, risk management and hedging, and division of interest payment distribution) to natural gas producer operators. Enerfin's bundled" Producer Field Services are offered in connection with Enerfin s gas pipeline gathering systems with emphasis on: low and mid pressure services high operating run times minimal or no pipeline system line loss or unaccounted for prompt and cost efficient wellhead connections and pipeline installations superior processing and treating services extensive gas and NGL market access gas purchasing with competitive and flexible pricing terms price risk management (hedging) options Our services allow producer customers to focus entirely on finding, leasing, developing and producing crude oil and natural gas resources while Enerfin provides, or arranges for, the full slate of natural gas midstream services. Enerfin's service orientation is reflected in the Company's conviction that key operating, gas acquisition and business development management and personnel live and work in close proximity to our operating locations where they can routinely be exposed first hand and respond quickly to the needs of producer customers.

Natural Gas Midstream Pipeline Systems

Oklahoma Pipeline Systems Enerfin operates three contiguous natural gas gathering systems with over 3,100 miles of pipeline located primarily in the Cherokee Seminole Platform area of Oklahoma between the Anadarko and Arkoma Basins. Covering 17 counties, the systems offer low pressure gas gathering and processing services and have flexible access to intrastate and interstate gas markets.

Southeast Texas & Louisiana Pipeline Systems The South East Texas & South West Louisiana systems consist of one mainline systemandassociatedgasgatheringsystems totaling about 450 miles of pipeline located in southeast Texas near Beaumont and running northeasterly to an area located southwest of Alexandria, LA. An additional pipeline gathering system is located near Bancroft, LA, and runs south to a point just west of Lake Charles, LA. The systems offer flexible mid pressure gas gathering and processing services and have access to intrastate and interstate markets.

South Texas Pipeline Systems The South Texas systems consist of several natural gas gathering systems totaling about 1,300 miles of pipeline located in numerous areas overlying the Austin Chalk Field and west and southwest of the Corpus Christi area. The systems offer low and mid pressure gas gathering and processing services.

North Texas Midstream System The North Texas systems consist of four natural gas gathering systems with about 250 miles of pipelines located in the western Fort Worth Basin. Located in Jack, Archer, and Wise Counties, the systems offer low pressure gas gathering and processing services.

Business Development Enerfin possesses over twenty six years of operating, engineering, commercial and business development expertise within our company to promptly evaluate potential natural gas midstream projects, develop proposals and execute plans for new greenfield" projects and/or asset acquisitions. Enerfin has managed the construction or reconditioning of more than 2,000 miles of pipelines during its history. Targeted projects generally vary in investment size from $250,000 to the $25 million range and have included: low, mid, and high pressure pipeline systems compression stations treating facilities blending facilities processing plants

Founders Enerfin Resources Company is directed by two of its original co founders, Dave Cremer and Tom Imre. Together they have led the successful acquisition, management and development of nearly all of Enerfin s assets and properties over the past twenty five years. Dave Cremer Managing Director Mr. Cremer has spent nearly his entire career, thirty fiveyears,intheenergyindustry.hehasfoundedseveral companies during that period. As co founder of Enerfin, he has led the management and development of the natural gas midstream (pipelines, processing, treating, marketing) business since inception. He has also been instrumental in the management and development of several of Enerfin s upstream oil and gas production properties. Mr. Cremer began his career in the energy industry with Farmland Industries, Inc. (Kansas City) in the Petroleum Refining division and later served in various leadership positions in the Natural Gas Products division in Tulsa. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration with Oklahoma State University. He is active in numerous industry trade organizations and currently serves on the GPA Legislative & Regulatory committees and the TIPRO State Issues committee. Tom Imre Managing Director Mr. Imre has successfully directed several entrepreneurial efforts over his thirty five year career, primarily in the energy industry. Beginning in Arthur Andersen and Co. s energy practice, Mr. Imre quickly moved to start several new business ventures in Houston early in his career and became the CFO of Enerfin Gas Processing Corp. in 1987. Working with his co founders, Mr. Imre led the formation of Enerfin Resources in 1989 and has since provided visionary leadership during the company s expansion from an Oklahoma midstream business to a multi state energy enterprise with operations spanning from exploration to marketing. Mr. Imre also leads the management and development of Enerfin s upstream business. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.

Enerfin Resources Company History 1986 Enerfin founded as a Houston energy company by its predecessor, Energy Finance Corporation. 1987 Texas and Wyoming natural gas midstream business started (Enerfin Partners I LP), operated as Enerfin Gas Processing Corp. Assets divested in 1989. 1989 Enerfin restructured its organization to pursue new midstream businesses. 1991 Oklahoma natural gas midstream business started (Enerfin Resources I LP), operated as Enerfin Resources Co. 1992 North Texas natural gas midstream and oil & gas upstream business started (Enerfin Resources II 92 LP). 1995 California/Oregon oil & gas upstream business started (Enerfin Resources Northwest LP). 2000 Oklahoma oil & gas upstream business started (Capital Energy, LLC), operated as Cenpat Operating LLC, beginning in 2005. 2004 Enerfin restructured its business to support more significant growth and investment. 2005 South Texas natural gas midstream business started, owned & operated as Enerfin Field Services LLC. 2007 Southeast Texas & Louisiana natural gas midstream business started (Enerfin Field Services LLC). 2008 Enerfin expands its management and staff to support the rising demand for its services. 2013 Enerfin commissioned a 20 MMcfd cryogenic expander plant in Oklahoma. 2014 Enerfin surpassed 5,000 miles of natural gas pipelines under operation.
