The Authorised Lead Agent Flow Process

What Qualifies as a Lead? The main criteria to qualify someone as a lead: 1. The Lead Agent must have made contact with the lead. 2. The Lead Agent must have identified a need for the lead to use the Online WHS system. 3. The Lead Agent must have promoted the product to the lead. 4. The lead must agree to an online demonstration of the product.

Knowledge of the System Understanding the basics of the System will provide a stronger lead, so the following pages will give you a basic introduction to Online WHS.

Knowledge of the System Online WHS is an online software system to help business comply to safety legislation no matter what state of Australia you re in (or overseas). Current clients include: Racing NSW 125 STC Racecourses National Disability Services NDS Australian Windows Association AWA Councils in various parts of Australia Large franchises including Pacific Smiles Hundreds of businesses both large and small

Knowledge of the System We also have a number of government organisations using our system. Recently our system won the account for Questacon s WHS System over 23 other competing systems. Questacon mentioned the reason why Online WHS won the process was because our system was "the most comprehensive but yet easy to use system they have seen" - Neil Norman working for Questacon. Please find some links to our website below. http://www.whssystems.com.au/ http://www.whssystems.com.au/frequently-asked-questions/

What types of business should you target? All businesses across Australia by law must have safety systems in place. Depending the business type, they may be more or less likely to need the product. Target Markets include: Councils/Clubs/Pubs Manufacturing companies Companies who have a warehouse Transport or Deliveries Aged Care/Nursing homes Trade businesses Car Dealerships Franchises Caravan Parks/Public facilities/ Sports Facilities/Motels

What types of business shouldn t you target? Please do not target any business that is a member of: National Disability Services (NDS) Australian Window Association (AWA) Race Courses (Racing NSW)

Lead Agent Approach How to identify a lead The first thing to do is identify what safety systems they currently have, so ask the potential lead: Scenario 1 Opening Question : Do they have any safety systems in place? If they say no then ask them the closing question. (If they say no then they are definitely a lead prospect) Closing Question : Would they like to see a Online Safety system that will help manage their safety commitments? If yes, ok I will get Online WHS to call you to organise an online demonstration (it only takes 30-45mins) Action : Use the Lead Generator App to register the lead

Lead Agent Approach How to identify a lead Scenario 2 Opening Question : Do they have any safety systems in place? If they say yes then ask them the follow up question. Follow up question: Do they currently just have a paper based process or do they have an online system in place? If they say yes that they have a paper based system they are definitely a potential lead, ask them: Closing Question: Would they like to see an Online Safety system that will help manage their safety commitments but also uses the documents you have already created so they are not wasted? It just automates them to allow your employees to be more efficient. Action: Use the Lead Generator App to register the lead

Commissions are payable.

How you get paid Make sure you ve provided us your details via the Agent Information Form. On the 1 st of each month Stan from our accounts department extracts a report from XERO of all payments received from clients. If any of the payments are from a new client, the payment will be shifted into the next months commissions payable to allow for the 30-day guarantee period. For all other commissions payable an extract of the commission statement is sent to each agent by the 10 th of the month showing the payments received from their clients, the invoice number, the client, the commission rate and the total to be invoiced to OCS (including GST where applicable).
