The Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Hospitality Management is designed to equip students with contemporary Hospitality and F&B operation management knowledge and skills at supervisory / managerial level, and enable them to develop their personal and professional competence across different management areas in hospitality discipline. Upon completion, successful learners will be able to demonstrate their conception and understanding in respect of hospitality and F&B business management supporting their future career development or further pursuit of higher qualification in relevant area. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be awarded the Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Hospitality Management by DIMENSIONS International College. The programme consists of two components: I. Theory and practical class lessons conducted at DIMENSIONS International College (6 months). II. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Age: At least 20 years old. Academic Level: A Degree from recognized institutions or professional qualification of recognized professional bodies or its equivalent. Candidate holding 3 years Diploma or Advanced Diploma with relevant working experience may be considered on case-to-case basis. English Proficiency: At least IELTS 6.0 or CAE Level 5 or pass the English Proficiency Test at equivalent level conducted by DIMENSIONS. COURSE FEES DIMENSIONS has arranged for protection of course fees paid by the local and international students through the FPS Insurance Scheme provided by Liberty Insurance Pte Ltd or the FPS Escrow account provided by DBS Bank. Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) DIMENSIONS - as an EduTrust-Certified Private Education Institution, is strictly not allowed to collect fee beyond 12 months. An important aspect of the EduTrust framework is the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS), It serves to protect the unconsumed course fees paid by the student in the event the college is unable to continue operations due to insolvency, and /or regulatory closure. EduTrust certified institutes must protect the total fees paid by students via Escrow or Fee Insurance provided by appointed service providers. DIMENSIONS will primarily work with the Liberty Insurance Pte Ltd FPS Insurance scheme. The DBS Bank FPS Escrow Scheme will be used when requested by students. A Singapore Citizen/PR or a non- student s pass international student who is protected by his/her own medical insurance coverage in Singapore can opt out from the medical insurance scheme with a proof of valid Medical Insurance Plan given to DIMENSIONS. Total course fees paid (except application fee and GST) by students are protected under the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS). All students must sign the Advisory Note to Student before signing the Standard PEI- Student Contract. All teachers have the required qualifications with 5 years of experience or higher level of qualifications.
