Instead of taking multiple classes over several months, for the majority of your degree, you will focus on just one subject at a time for a few weeks. With dynamic classes, online resources, and Verity-developed curriculum to help you master the subject matter, each course builds toward your degree. How Valuable is Your Time? As a Verity student, you ll earn the same degree as those gained by your peers attending any state or private college. However, Verity provides an efficient way for you to earn your fully accredited bachelor s degree using dynamic classes and credit by examination, all from a Biblical perspective. With DL, you can take advantage of the flexibility afforded by the program while staying on track with your academic goals: Study at home with online access to Verity s class videos, study guides, and more! Receive personalized guidance and assistance from your academic advisor Get textbooks and study resources shipped to your home from Verity s library Facing a Difficult Class? Come on Campus! Verity DL students are always welcome to join our campus students in the classroom. Your academic schedule will be structured by your advisor to allow you to attend any classes of your choosing with other students and an instructor on our campus in Indianapolis, Indiana. Most classes are two weeks long, and distance students often participate either in individual classes or choose to spend an entire semester on-site. Commuting: Get the Best of Both Worlds Live near Indianapolis? Like DL students, commuter students can continue to live at home while completing their degree. However, due to the convenience of living near our campus, Verity s commuters also have the option of participating in classes and activities on-site as their schedules allow. Whether interested in the extra help of a live classroom or simply looking for fun and fellowship, commuter students can remain involved at home while enjoying access to many of the benefits of campus life. 4

Verity students earn their 4-year degree in about 2 years by accumulating the vast majority of their general education credits through CLEP and DSST exams. Rather than studying 4 or 5 subjects over the course of a semester, for much of their degree program, Verity students study one subject at a time in an intensive 2-week module format, earning 3 to 6 credit hours upon passing an exam. Our academic advisors create templates for each student, depending on his or her desired academic focus, and organize a custom schedule to fit the student s needs. Upper-level credits needed to fulfill the requirements of the student s major are gained through additional exams and online courses offered by various colleges and universities across the nation. These credits are then compiled with their general education requirements to comprise the necessary 120 credits for a completed undergraduate degree. Through Verity s innovative approach, students can obtain the same regionally-accredited bachelor s degree as their peers in half the time of conventional, 4-year schools! 8
