Introduction The rewards points program allows you to offer points per dollar spent to your customers. The customer can turn around and redeem the points for additional products at your store. This tutorial will give you a step by step process on how to setup and maintain your rewards points program. Enable the Rewards Points Program To enable the rewards points program and set the default rewards multiplier: 1. Go to Settings -> General -> Store Modules 2. In the Rewards section, check the checkbox next to Enable Rewards 3. Set your Rewards Multiplier. The rewards multiplier is the amount of points awarded to the customer per dollar spent at your store. The default is set to 1 point, which means 1 point for every dollar spent is awarded to the customer. 4. Click Save Changes 5. The customer will see the amount of points they will accrue on the Product Listing page. Page 2 of 10

Enable Redeemable Products Each product must be set manually as redeemable by the rewards program. Also, products with options, i.e. size, color, etc. cannot be redeemed by the rewards program. Therefore, if you would like all products in your store to be redeemable or have many products with options, we suggest creating a gift certificate as a stand alone product and making it redeemable for points. If you need instructions on how to setup a gift certificate, please Click Here. Look in the Gift Certificate section for customer bought gift certificates. To make a product redeemable: 1. Go to Products -> View/Edit 2. Click Edit next to the product. 3. In the Rewards Options section, set the amount of points the customer needs to have to redeem the product in the Redeem Points field. For example, if the customer must accrue 10 points to redeem the product, set 10 in the Redeem Points field. 4. Click Save Changes. NOTE: The default number set in the Redeem Points field is 0. If there is a 0 in the redeem points field, the product does not qualify as redeemable in the rewards points program. Page 4 of 10
Set a Custom Rewards Multiplier per Product If you set a custom rewards multiplier for a product, it will override the default rewards multiplier set in the Settings -> General -> Store Modules section. 1. Go to Products -> View/Edit 2. Click Edit next to the product. 3. In the Rewards Options section, set the rewards multiplier for the product in the Custom Points section. The rewards multiplier is the amount of points awarded to the customer per dollar spent at your store. If it is set to 0, then it will use the default rewards multiplier from the Settings -> General -> Store Modules section. Page 5 of 10
