The term references in this questions does not refer to Academic References. Please indicate how you meet the minimum English language requirement relevant to your course Refer to your CAS for details of how your English Language has been assessed by the University the answer you provide must match the information on your CAS Maintenance and Fees How much are the fees for your course of study?. If you receive financial sponsorship from the University of Warwick, and your CAS shows that you have 0 fees to pay, then this must match the information that you put on your application form. Have any of your course fees been paid? If you have paid any money to the University for your tuition fees you should wait until receiving confirmation from Student Finance that your CAS has been updated with this information before submitting your visa application. Any money paid to the University for fees and included on you CAS can be deducted from the funds which you need to evidence for your fees. If you receive sponsorship from The University of Warwick, and your CAS shows that all of your fees have been paid, you will be able to see the full amount that has been paid in the text section on your CAS. It will be written as a fees reduction. Make sure this amount matches the information that you put on your application form. Do you have an established presence in the UK? You have an established presence of studying in the UK if: you have current entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain as a Tier 4 migrant, as a student, or as a postgraduate doctor or dentist when applying for further leave and on the date of application; AND you have finished a single course that was at least six months long within your last period of entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain, OR you are applying for a continued study on a single course where you have completed at least six months of that course Have any of your accommodation fees been paid to your sponsor? If you have paid any money to the University for accommodation you should wait until receiving confirmation from Student Finance that your CAS has been updated with this information before submitting your visa application. From 1 July 2014 A maximum of 1,020 paid to the University for accommodation and included on you CAS can be deducted from the funds which you need to evidence for your maintenance (living costs) Do you receive support from a financial sponsor that meets the UK Visa and Immigration definition of a financial sponsor? The Home Office classes an Official Financial Sponsor as Her Majesty's Government, the student's home government, the British Council or any international organisation, international company, university or United Kingdom independent school. Do you have any remaining fees and maintenance still due for payment? This will be the remainder after any monies already paid to the University, or the balance due if you receive a scholarship that does not cover all your fees and living costs/ If you receive a scholarship that covers all of your tuition fees and maintenance, then you should answer No to this question. Do you have money in your own name? If you are using a bank account in a parent s name, answer no and provide more information. If you will receive a full scholarship, then answer yes to this question, then in the following section explain that your sponsorship letter shows that all of your tuition fees and maintenance is covered.
