The procedures to be followed for the settlement of the purchase, sale and/or transfer of VECH and the related movement of the underlying securities are as follows: 1. The receipt of VECH will be reflected in the account of the local Chilean intermediary with DCV once DBNY sends confirmation that the underlying securities have been received. The delivery of VECH will be reflected in the account of the local Chilean intermediary with DCV on SD+1 as DBNY will only be able to provide definite settlement confirmation at 6pm NY time that the delivery has been accepted by the receiving foreign broker.
