All the medical information of the patient is accurately recorded and electronically stored in MDFlow. Healthcare providers could access patient s medical information from office, home, hospital, or from multiple offices using any computer via secured internet connection at anytime. With MDFlow, practices can go paperless and consequently save the costs of having paper charts. MDFlow offers a winning combination of cost reduction, operational efficiency and revenue enhancement, as well as increase patient s safety and satisfaction. VISIT FUNCTIONALITY: MDFlow provides users with the capabilities to track patient movements at every stage (i.e. check-in and into waiting room, exam room, various stages of care to check-out) of the patient care during office visit. While the system manages the flow of care, all the medical information of the patient is collected and stored. MDFlow clinical documentation uses SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Plan) note format to standardize medical evaluation entries made in clinical records. Patient intake, past medical history and vital signs Physical examination and ROS Pre-configured and user-defined assessment and evaluation forms Electronic clinical documentation Electronic prescribing Disease management protocols incorporated into documentation templates Health Maintenance Guidelines Electronic ordering of treatment plan Clinical coding of patient care Automated encounter form generation, including charges Patient education materials

Conversion of scanned paper to electronic attachments Electronic messaging within physician practice or other connected providers Electronic prescribing (refills, fill status notification) Electronic review of test results. Encounter data and immunization data submission Inpatient and hospital discharge tracing and post discharge care Patient reminders related to disease management Patient health maintenance routine exams/tests tracking and management Population management and reporting for patients with common conditions Patient referral and treatment status tracking and management Patient portals allow patients to view test results and request followup visits.
