Compact Radio Signal Monitoring Solution Part of the product line

Product overview go2monitor is a modular software solution for receiver control, classification, demodulation, decoding and recording of HF, VHF and UHF signals. New threats demand superior information, acquired and analysed from all potential sources. The increasing density of cryptic signals produced by new or modified modems demands the use of sophisticated demodulation and decoding systems. go2monitor is an easy to use, automated interface for monitoring tasks. This single tool provides all the necessary processing steps - classification, demodulation, recording and decoding - in a fully integrated environment. Key features and benefits 1 MHz wideband input (spectrogram, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), classifier) Automated classification and production using an extensive decoder library State-of-the-art GUI includes window presets, drag & drop, and integrated station list Integrated receiver control with direct Software Defined Radio (SDR) interface Parallel processing of up to eight buffered Digital Down Conversion (DDC) production channels Few lost or unidentified signals with a high number of produced signals Fast reaction to modified modems Keep the knowledge in your organisation High order of automation Decoder Description Language (DDL) support. Expand your decoder list without sharing any information. Part of the product line Upgradeable for new requirements provided by additional go2signals products! 2

Product overview Never miss a signal go2monitor enables the operator to monitor up to eight signals in parallel. Its automatic buffering of the complete wideband signal input allows easy switching to new signals without loss of information. Known signals can be monitored easily thanks to the included station list and extensive decoder library. The available production channel will automatically process classification, recognition and decoding. Spectrum display for wideband overview and production channels Homeland security and telecommunications agencies Identification and monitoring of new or existing signals is a primary task for telecommunications administrations and homeland security agencies. Modern telecommunication systems defy manual techniques, making the automatic go2monitor the obvious solution. Production of Pactor II modem Military COMINT and Signals Surveillance Out-of-area operations in an unknown electromagnetic environment must be supported by monitoring and analysis. go2monitor is perfectly suited for rapid reaction task forces and advanced commands. All you need is go2monitor, a laptop, a receiver and an antenna! Production of Tetra modem 3

Workflow go2monitor displays an overview of the signal scenario utilising a spectrogram and a spectrum FFT. Various display settings, cursors, and a dynamic zoom are available. Signal selection Using the wideband view the operator is able to select signals to be extracted by Digital Down Conversion (DDC) simply by selecting the desired signal in either the spectrum or spectrogram display. The output of a DDC is assigned to a channel and the window is extended to display the production channel. Alternatively, the wideband classification results could be used to select signals of interest. Modulation, bandwidth, symbol rate, shift and other parameters are shown for all classified signals within the wideband frequency range. Display of automatic classification Production channel A production channel features a detailed display of the selected signal. Spectrograms, FFT displays and the wideband view are easily configurable. A production channel offers different operating modes. In the recognition and decoding mode an assigned signal will be decoded automatically. In the classification, recognition and decoding mode suitable decoders will be automatically selected depending on the classification result. The result view can be configured using the Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSLT). Up to eight production channels can be used in parallel. Display of four production channels 4

Workflow Automatic recognition and decoding A production channel uses a configurable list of decoders and checks which of these decoders matches the signal. The signal is demodulated, decoded and the results are displayed in the result view. The decoder lists can be configured, loaded and saved. This way the operator can define specific decoders to be used according to his monitoring task. A previous classification enhances the production. The go2decode (go2signals product for recognition, demodulation, analysis and decoding) can be used for analysis and creation of a new decoder, which can be used in go2monitor. Display of a production channel decoding STANAG modem Signals of interest can easily be added to an integrated station list. Entries in the station list can be assigned to production channels using drag & drop or the context menu. Wideband overview with station list Add signals to the station list directly from your production channel 5
