Primary link between Directory Manager and Active Directory remains (EmployeeID) but option added to check a second unique id. When configured, if a record is assessed as new, a check will be made to see if the second unique ID exists. If so, the primary ID is updated and the transaction re-assessed. Added to overcome scenarios where the primary unique ID can change. - Option to have date picker fields in the web portal Add and Amend User pages - Overhaul of the automated processing engine. Ensured that any transactions matching a rule or ruleset that do not require approval are processed. Audit record also added per transaction indicating automated processing. - The check for leavers process now checks date value only, removing the check on the time value that occasionally caused leavers to be listed repeatedly - Ensured that Exchange load balancing can be achieved by not supplying a mailstore value in the Exchange configuration/rules - Ensured that when logging off the web portal all open details pages are also logged off - Improved the group management reporting to ensure that failed groups are named and that the overall success is Fail. - Fixed an issue that occurred when trying to freeze transactions without a department value - Fixed an issue where a transaction could be approved twice - Amend Search now finds users if a downsynch is in progress - Profile folders now created if they are the only folder type being created - Fixed the issue introduced in v2.6.0 were an error would be logged if a transaction is assessed as type 16 - Added better SQL locking within the web portal - Fixed issue where SQL databases tables were not being managed correctly (tblinterim, tblinputmatch) - Updated BDS branding in web portal 2.6.0 New Functionality: Page 2 of 8
