The following guide shows you how to recover and reset your credentials so that you can access and manage your equity compensation plan(s). StockPlan Connect User Name Process a step 1. STEP 4: Delivery Preference d Select where you want to receive an email that will include a link to help you retrieve your User Name. The link will expire 30 minutes after it has been sent. d e STEP 5: Check Your Email and Retrieve your User Name e Look for the email with the link to view your User Name. f The personalized link within will take you to a page that displays the User Name(s) associated with your account. Enter and confirm your new Password. STEP 7: Confirmation n Click on the Continue to Login button to be taken to the login page. We will send you an email indicating that your Password has changed.
