Mr. Firmansyah graduated from the University of Indonesia Law School in 1994. He has wide experience in handling merger & acquisition, banking & finance, debt restructuring, energy & mining, foreign investment, corporate & commercial deal, land use and real estate, labour/employment & immigration and corporate secretary.
