FINANCE, LICENSES & CONTRACTS, Trustee Gregorio: As a matter of information, CD #126710, value of $200,000.00 was renewed May 24, 2015 at an interest rate of 1.045%. The new maturity date is April 24, 2016. Consideration to be given to motion that the Village Board approve the proposed Village Budget for the Fiscal Year May 01, 2015 to April 30, 2016 and that it be referred to the Law and Ordinance Committee to adopt the necessary ordinance. (b) Accept ACH Transaction Report from the Illinois Department of Revenue, dated June 04, 2015, in the amount of $31,821.78 for the Motor Fuel Tax Allotment. (c) Authorize Solicitor s License for Brian Keegan, representing Comcast, 155 W. Industrial Drive, Elmhurst, IL 60126, as applied for and reviewed by the Norridge Police Department. LAW & ORDINANCE & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, Trustee Falagario: (Next Ordinance No. 1831-15) (Next Resolution No. 15-09) Adopt and approve Ordinance No. 1829-15, an Ordinance Providing an Appropriation for Corporate Purposes for the Fiscal Year Commencing May 01, 2015 and ending April 30, 2016 for the Village of Norridge, Cook County, Illinois, the President and Clerk be authorized to sign, the Clerk be directed to publish in pamphlet form, copy to be attached and made a part of the record hereof. The Clerk is directed to place a legal notice in a newspaper of general circulation indicating that a copy of the enacted budget (Appropriation Ordinance) is available for public examination at the Norridge Village Hall, 4000 N. Olcott Avenue, Norridge, Illinois, during regular office hours and is available on-line on the Village of Norridge website, www.villageofnorridge.com. (b) Adopt and approve Resolution No. 15-08 Resolution Establishing Prevailing Wages, President and Clerk be authorized to sign, copy to be attached and made a part of the record hereof. The Clerk be directed to send certified copies to the Secretary of State and the Illinois Department of Labor. The Clerk be directed to publish this determination in a newspaper of general circulation, and copy be made available for inspection in the Village Hall. (c) Concur with the recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals to GRANT the petition from Mr. Marcin Was, requesting a variance for the property located at 4304 N. Overhill Avenue, under the requirements of Article II, Definitions, Section 1.32 Garage, private, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Norridge 1962 to enlarge the size of the garage from the required 660 sq. ft. to 765 sq. ft, hearing held on June 1, 2015, Case No. 600, and refer the matter to the Village of Attorney to prepare the necessary amendatory ordinance. (d) Approve and adopt Ordinance No. 1830-15, An Ordinance Granting a Variation from Limitations of the Requirements of the 1962 Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Norridge, Cook County, Illinois, for the property commonly known as 4304 N. WATER, Trustee Tannhauser: Accept Water Fund Monthly Financial Report for the month ending April 30, 2015 as published, copy to be attached and made a part of the record hereof. (b) Authorize the Village Administrator to transfer funds in the Water Fund as shown on the attached sheet: END OF YEAR BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS-WATER FUND FY ENDING 04/30/2015 (c) Accept Water Fund Monthly Financial Report for the month ending April 30, 2015, with Budget Adjustments, as published, copy to be attached and made a part of the record hereof. (d) Accept Coliform Results report from Suburban Laboratories, Inc. as required by the IEPA Community Water Supply Testing Fund Program, of water sample analysis performed May 18, 2015 covering locations listed, place the report on file and make a part of the record thereof.
