FastTrack to College: Lessons We Learned Cohort 1 3-week course, 48 hours Successes: Positive student feedback Positive teacher feedback Entrance to college Challenges: Not enough time Low TSI passing rates Low TABE progress rates
FastTrack to College: Lessons We Learned Cohort 2 10-week course, 70 hours Successes: Students passed the TSI College entrance Challenges: Low enrollment Retention Many students bypassed this class from our GED classes because of time of year
FastTrack to College: Lessons We Learned Cohort 3 Spring: GED to College Academy Summer: FastTrack to College, 10-week course in the summer
Model 2: On-ramp for Integrated Education and Training Contextualized GED for CNAs Transition Course supplement Certified Nurse Aide IET Course (with concurrent AEL)
