Develop & Implement Program CFA RCCHSD developed a new model of comprehensive family assessment to be used in Child Protection Case Management, based on the Comprehensive Family Assessment Guidelines established by the Children's Bureau. This model was developed as a collaboration between RCCHSD management and frontline workers, as well as members of the Advisory Committee and cultural consultant groups. During implementation of the CFA model in Case Management, University evaluators interviewed workers, supervisors, and case aides, read case records, and shadowed supervisors to better understand how components of CFA were being utilized in practice.
