Educational aims of the Programme The MSc in Human Resource Management develops students knowledge and skills in the evaluation, discussion and analysis of issues in the human resource management sector. Students learn how managers are best able to utilise human resources to create added value for customers and to secure a competitive advantage for their organisation. 19.
