Electronic Medical Record Purpose 8Select, procure and implement an integrated provincial EMR solution within community-based physician/np practices Update on the status 8Key deliverables to date: RPF initial review completed Health PEI working collaboratively with Medical Society and Department of Health and Wellness Obtaining physician commitment to adopt EMR in clinical practice 8Focus for 2015/16: Obtain TB approval to proceed with EMR Engagement with physicians and other stakeholders (if approved)

IM/IT Alignment & Governance Purpose 8Evolve IM/IT alignment and governance, optimize the utilization of IM/IT resources and maximize the impact of IM/IT investments on health care delivery.
