Recruitment Pool - Murray Leisure Centre Leadership Integrity Motivation Team Work Service Excellence The Shire of Murray is establishing a pool of suitable applicants to fill various positions as they arise at the Murray Leisure Centre. Appointments will be made on a casual basis. Applicants assessed as suitable but not offered immediate work will be placed in an appointment pool for six months before being removed. If you would like your application to remain in the pool after six months please ensure that you reapply with an updated application. All applicants will be required to obtain a National Police Clearance prior to commencement and all qualifications must be current. Current Cert III in Group fitness. Les Mills qualifications. Fitness registration. Working with Children Check. Aqua Fitness, Spin qualifications and Boxing qualifications will be highly regarded. Current Cert III or IV in Fitness. Fitness registration and insurance. Working with Children Check. LIWA Pool Operator Certificate. RLSSA Pool Lifeguard qualifications. Proven public relations and customer service skills. Well-developed time management and organisational skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills including ability to negotiate and resolve conflict in an appropriate manner. Commitment to providing high quality customer service. RLSSA Pool Lifeguard qualifications. LIWA Pool Operator Certificate and AUSTSWIM Teaching qualifications will be highly regarded.
