This allows enough time for the appropriate documentation to be prepared for the fall Open Enrollment process. CURRENT SITUATION The insurance broker for the Employee Benefits Program (Tom Sher, Alliant Insurance Services) was instructed to proceed with this year s renewal with no or little change to the structure of the current programs. The stated goal was to negotiate the best possible prices with no change to programs. Tom Sher will provide a program overview of past practices and pricing history during the meeting. Program pricing options and recommendations will be reviewed during the meeting. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommendations will be presented at the meeting.
