Entry requirements test You must have the following competencies to enrol in. Please complete this form and return with your application form and course payment. Course Costs, Dates and Info Sessions COSTS PAYMENT $5,950 + gst* Paying in full - Deposit $1000 (to secure position and is deducted from total fee). - $5,545 paid on the first day of the course (this amount includes the total gst to be paid). Instalment plan - Deposit $1000 (to secure position and is deducted from total fee). - $2655 paid on the first day of the course (this amount includes the total gst to be paid). - Remaining balance paid in 4 instalments of $750 each, starting on the third week of the course. The instalment plan option includes a $100 administration fee. *Discounts Early Bird Discount Enrolments finalised before 1 November 2014 (including $1000 deposit) will receive a 5% fee reduction. Application Form Application Process You are required to complete the application form, sign the declaration and submit a deposit of $1000 to secure your place in the course. We accept either Credit Card, Electronic Funds Transfer, Cheque, Money Order or Cash. Please familiarise yourself with the location of the college prior to commencement. Your orientation will take place on the first morning of the course. You will receive a Student Handbook as part of your course orientation that includes the college s Code of Conduct and policies & procedures (including complaints, appeals and disciplinary). The balance of the course fees or initial payment, if opting for the instalment plan, must be paid by 8am on the first morning of the course. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing to the Studio Manager by emailing masterclass@shillingtoncollege.com.au or via post to Level 3, 50 Margaret St, Sydney, 2000. You are not officially withdrawn until written notification has been received. You need to confirm that your cancellation notice has been received by calling the Studio Manager on 02 9299 1166. Withdrawal two weeks or more prior to course commencement; the deposit will be refunded minus a $250 administration fee. Withdrawal within two weeks of course commencement (up to 5pm on the Thursday prior to course commencement); your deposit will not be refunded. Students who withdraw after 5pm on the Thursday prior to course commencement will be liable for the full cost of the course. Refunds of international payments attract a further $100 fee for additional administration costs and exchange rate fluctuations. Shillington College reserves the right to withdraw anyone from the course who has falsely indicated that they meet the entry requirements as per the entry form. The fee will not be refunded. Shillington College reserves the right to cancel courses at its discretion. Any monies paid for a cancelled course will be fully refunded. In this case refunds will be made within 2 weeks after the college s default date.
