PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM. These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards program. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Disney Travel Company for products, services or otherwise. Your Fairytale Journeys reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate its Loyalty Rewards program, and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Loyalty program at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to http://yourfairytalejourneys.com/loyalty and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards program confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the program. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in the program. Definition of Terms: Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards Program shall be referred to as the Program. Anyone registered for the Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards Program shall be referred to as a program participant. I. Program Registration You will be automatically registered for the Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards Program if: A. You submit a vacation quote request online at http://yourfairytalejourneys.com, and the Email address associated with that request can be verified; or B. You request a vacation quote via Facebook message to Fairytale Journeys by Aaron Rittmaster at http://facebook.com/ftjbyaaron, and you provide an Email address that can be verified; or C. You request a vacation quote via Email to ajritz@disdads.com. Telephone requests for quotes will NOT automatically register you for the Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards Program.
II. Client Loyalty Rewards Points A. Program participants will begin earning Frequent Guest Loyalty Rewards Points as soon as the participant books a qualifying vacation with Aaron Rittmaster, independent vacation planner, including making the requisite deposit. Qualifying vacation destinations include: Walt Disney World in Florida, Disneyland Resort in California, and Disney Cruise Line (Ships Registry: The Bahamas). At its sole discretion, Your Fairytale Journeys may offer Client Loyalty Rewards Points for additional vacation destinations. B. Qualifying Walt Disney World vacations include both Room-Only and Walt Disney World vacation package bookings. (Ticket-only orders do NOT qualify for rewards points). 1. Earn 1 point for each Walt Disney World Resort Room-Only; or non-walt Disney World Resort property booking that includes the purchase of theme park tickets. 2. Earn 2 points for each Walt Disney World Value category resort vacation package booking. 3. Earn 3 points for each Walt Disney World Moderate category resort vacation package booking. 4. Earn 4 points for each Walt Disney World Deluxe or Deluxe Villa category resort vacation package booking. 5. At the sole discretion of Your Fairytale Journeys, additional rewards points may be awarded for a Walt Disney World vacation package that includes additional attraction tickets and/or accommodations. C. Qualifying Disneyland Resort Vacations include Room Only, Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel Vacation Packages and Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Packages. (Ticket-only orders do NOT qualify for rewards points). 1. Earn ½ point for each Room Only booking. 2. Earn 1 point for each Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel Vacation Package booking. 3. Earn 2 points for each Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package booking. 4. At the sole discretion of Your Fairytale Journeys, additional rewards points may be awarded for a Disneyland vacation package that includes additional attraction tickets and/or accommodations. D. Qualifying Disney Cruise Line Vacations 1. Earn ½ point for cruises less than three nights long.
2. Earn 1 point for three and four night cruises 3. Earn 2 points for five and six night cruises 4. Earn 3 points for cruises of seven or more nights 5. Specific Disney Cruise Line offerings may be excluded from the Rewards Program, at the sole discretion of Your Fairytale Journeys. Any program-excluded offerings will be disclosed to Client before a deposit is made. III. Referral Loyalty Rewards Points A. Program participants may earn Referral Loyalty Rewards Points without booking any vacations themselves. Points are earned for referring friends and colleagues who book vacations with Your Fairytale Journeys. B. NO REWARDS POINTS WILL BE EARNED FROM REFERRALS GENERATED BY SPAM E-MAIL, AUTOMATED TELEPHONE CALLS, OR ANY SYSTEMATIC COMMUNICATIONS NOT APPROVED IN ADVANCE BY YOUR FAIRYTALE JOURNEYS. C. In order for a program participant to earn Referral Loyalty Rewards Points, the client booking the vacation must explicitly indicate that the program participant referred the client to Your Fairytale Journeys at the time the vacation is booked. D. Referral sources may be communicated by Email, telephone, or via the online vacation quote forms at http://yourfairytalejourneys.com/ E. Your Fairytale Journeys will make a good faith effort to contact all identified referrers, in order to collect the information necessary to accumulate Rewards Points and deliver earned Awards. F. Referral Loyalty Reward Points accrue on the same basis as Client Loyalty Reward Points, detailed in Paragraph II., above. IV. Each vacation booking may cause either Referral Loyalty Reward Points or Client Loyalty Reward Points to accrue, but not both. A. The first vacation booking by a referred client will earn Referral Loyalty Reward Points for the referring program participant. B. Thereafter, the referred client is himself or herself a program participant. Therefore, subsequent vacation bookings by the same client will earn Client Loyalty Rewards Points for the client, but no rewards points for the original referrer.
C. Each participant s total Loyalty Reward Points balance is the sum of the participant s Referral Loyalty Reward Points and the participant s Client Loyalty Reward Points D. At the sole discretion of Your Fairytale Journeys, additional means of earning and accruing Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards Points may be announced from time-to-time. V. Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Reward Points Awards A. For every 10 Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Reward Points earned, a program participant is eligible to receive a $50 Disney Gift Card from Your Fairytale Journeys B. Program participants will be notified of eligibility to collect an Award via Email. C. Award fulfillment is via U.S. Mail. Program participants are responsible to provide an accurate address for the receipt of the reward via U.S. Mail. D. When notified of Award eligibility, a program participant may elect to defer Award collection until the next Award milestone is reached. VI. Expiration of Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Reward Points If a program participant fails to accrue any Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards Points for a period of 36 months, all accrued Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards Points are forfeited and the participants points balance is reduced to zero. VII. Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards Program Updates, Changes, and Termination A. Your Fairytale Journeys reserves the right to update, change, and/or terminate the Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards Program, with no obligation to notify participants in advance of such updates, changes, or termination. B. Any updates, changes, or termination of the Your Fairytale Journey Loyalty Rewards Program will be disclosed at http://yourfairytalejourneys.com/loyalty C. Your Fairytale Journeys, in its sole discretion, may offer alternative awards for a limited time and/or to a limited number of program participants, and may communicate such limited awards via Email or Social Media updates only. VIII. Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards points have no cash value. Program participants have no property interest in their Your Fairytale
Journeys Loyalty Rewards points balance. Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards points and awards are non-transferable. IX. Disputes A. Choice of Laws: Any disputes over any term or condition of the Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. B. By participating in the program, participants agree that Johnson County, Kansas shall be the sole appropriate venue for any dispute over any term or condition of the Your Fairytale Journeys Loyalty Rewards program.
