Conclusion Bhutan aspires to become a knowledge-based society Royal University of Bhutan is a fledgling organization but is mandated to equip its students with the right knowledge and tools Biggest challenge facing RUB at the moment is building its faculty Many are fresh UG who have to be sent for higher studies Research capacity needs to be strengthened 10
