A copy of the Infinite Campus data schema will be provided to all that attend. Data, Ad Hoc Users Ad Hoc Beginner: Learn About the Most Powerful Tool in Campus Ad Hoc : Can I Ad Hoc that? Ad Hoc Reporting tools provide users with the ability to filter, display and report specific database information based on defined criteria. Ad hoc filters can also be used in conjunction with many reports throughout Campus to further filter results to a specific set of data or students. We will spend our time reviewing how to use both the Selection Editor and the Query Wizard to get the information you need in a way that is understandable and useful. Attendees will learn how to build Ad Hoc Selections that can be used throughout the system, as well as Ad Hoc Queries that can help you find the students you need, when you need them. This session is for intermediate Ad Hoc users who want to understand how to use functions and logical expressions (AND/OR statements) to generate more precise Ad Hoc reports. Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District is rich with data - data with enormous potential for insight. Tableau was implemented three years ago as a data visualization platform. Once CH- UH began building interactive workbooks, their ability to SEE their data led to big improvement in how the district consumes information. This class will illustrate how CH-UH structured the underlying data, embedded views into Infinite Campus, as well as show some additional visualizations from their library. / Assessment Setup and Imports This session will explore setting up tests in Infinite Campus, importing test score data and exporting the results for analysis in and out of Campus.
