Notes: Please direct questions to transfer@ius.edu or visit www.ius.edu/admissions/apply-for-admission/transfer-students/index.html for more information This booklet is meant to be a guide of equivalent courses between KCTCS and IU Southeast. The courses required for degrees at both institutions are at their discretion. Please consult with an advisor to ensure the courses you complete are required/necessary to complete your intended degree programs. This is not an exhaustive list of transferrable courses. Courses not listed in this guide will be evaluated upon admission to the University. A maximum of 64 credit hours will transfer to IU Southeast from any combination of accredited Community Colleges (2-year institutions). Please contact your advisor at KCTCS and Admissions at IU Southeast to determine how credits will apply to both your Associate s and Bachelor s degree. Courses that transfer as undistributed credit can be used to fulfill degree requirements at the discretion of your degree-granting school. Some may require additional tests, portfolio review, course descriptions, or syllabi. A course will transfer as long as a grade of C or higher was earned, unless specified otherwise. While every effort is made to provide accurate and current information, Indiana University reserves the right to change without notice statements listed herein concerning rules, policies, or other matters. IU Southeast partners with TransferIN to help students in their transfer planning. Visit www.transferin.net for helpful tools and information. 7
