The buyer of your automobile has taken the opportunity to use our document exchange services in order to make this transaction a smooth, safe experience for both of you. Because more people than ever are buying cars far from where they live, services like ours are becoming a preferred way of doing business. We have performed these services for many customers and we strive to make this as easy as possible for both the buyer and seller. Your cooperation will pay off, and our process is very simple. If you have any questions or concerns after reading this material, please visit our website, or call us any time. We would be more than happy to answer any questions you have. In this mailing are the following: 1. Our Exchange Service Terms and Conditions (which requires your signature) 2. A Frequently Asked Questions Page 3. Two copies of a Bill of Sale (both of which will need to be returned to us) 4. A set up form (ONLY complete IF you are the person initiating our services likely, you are NOT!) The Process 3 Easy Steps Step 1. Set up: Both buyer and seller sign that they have both read the Terms of Service and return paperwork with signature to CCG. Step 2. Document Mailing: Buyer and seller send the following items to our office: A. Buyer: Sends funds for purchase of the vehicle plus the CCG Exchange Service fee of $200 (assuming buyer is paying for exchange services) to our office. B. Seller: Sends title of the car with signature of release, and Bill of Sale to CCG. Step 3. Verification: Both buyer and seller agree that documentation presented is correct. Upon agreement, CCG will send the buyer the completed title and Bill of Sale and send the seller the funds for the automobile The car will be in the care of the seller until funds are deposited and cleared. Arrangement for pickup of the car will be made as quickly as possible. The process can take a day or two to complete and depends mostly on the prompt sending of information such as the title, checks, etc. to the offices of Classic Car Guy

If your state does not issue title, then please submit the instrument of ownership. If you prefer a wire transfer you will receive funds in your account after your documents arrive. If you prefer payment in the form of a written instrument, we will fax or email you a copy of the check, money order, cashiers check etc, when we receive it, so that you can verify that it is acceptable. After funds are securely in your bank account a transporter will be dispatched to pick up your car and take it to the new owner. It is important that the automobile be kept in good condition until the transporter arrives. Your co-operation in this matter is appreciated. Please box any items that go with the car, wrap in a plastic seal and place in the trunk of the car for safekeeping.

Classic Car Guy - Terms of Service please sign These Terms of Service shall serve as an agreement that sets forth the terms and conditions. If you agree to these Terms of Service, you will be bound as follows: Description of the Service Classic Car Guy Exchange service provides a safe way for the buyer and seller to exchange money for a title during the purchase of a vehicle. Limits on the Services Any vehicle(s) purchased from classified ads, etc. are eligible. Our Service may not be used for the purchase of real estate or other non-transportable items. Also, our service may not be used to purchase any items, which are prohibited by law. Prohibited Transactions Any fraudulent transactions are prohibited. General Conditions of Use Anyone or company may use our services. Obligations of Sellers The obligation of the seller is to provide a signed off title and bill of sale to Classic Car Guy in order to receive payment for specified vehicle. Sellers should communicate the method of payment acceptable for the transaction to the buyer ASAP in the process. Obligations of Buyers The obligation of the buyer is to provide a valid method of payment to Classic Car Guy for the purchase of the vehicle. The sellers generally dictate this method of payment. Our Responsibilities Classic Car Guy is responsible for providing a holding service. We cannot be held liable for any issues that do not pertain to the actual holding service we provide. Canceling A Transaction You are free to cancel a transaction at any time before the transaction is considered completed in our offices (typically, after mailing the final documents). You will not be refunded the service fee if cancellation were to take place after this time. Service Fees All fees are due before transaction is complete. The seller and buyer can agree on who pays the service fee, although the buyer typically pays it. The service fee will be a separate check or credit card charge sent to Classic Car Guy along with the funds sent to Classic Car Guy by the buyer. The fee for our service is $200.00. Title Information Classic Car Guy cannot be held liable for titles that are marred, changed, or in any other way to make the title void. We do not alter the title in any way. It is the seller s responsibility to make sure the title is accurate before sending the title to Classic Car Guy. It is the buyer s responsibility to contact the seller if the title, for any reason, is not accurate enough to process though your local license bureau. Classic Car Guy s only responsibility concerning title information is to relay to the buyer the Year, Make, Model, Color, and VIN# that is found on the front side of the vehicle's title. On request, we will fax a copy of the completed title to the buyer for title accuracy inspection. Payment Cancellation Classic Car Guy cannot be held liable for cashier checks, money orders, or any other method of payment that is cancelled before the seller receives the item of payment. The seller must seek local legal advice concerning this legal issue. The seller must pursue legal action against the buyer, not Classic Car Guy. Miscellaneous In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to, this Agreement or to the Underlying Transaction, or breach of any of them, you agree to resolve such dispute in the manner set forth in these Instructions. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, San Luis Obispo County.
