We focus on training attendees with the knowledge and skills they need to maximize the power of the EmpCenter solution. Training Options WorkForce Academy Instructor Led Courses WorkForce Academy instructor led courses are delivered to the client team using a train thetrainer approach. These courses are delivered at the client s location or virtually during the EmpCenter implementation. Instructor led courses combine lecture, product demonstration and hands on activity. Training materials for each class are provided. WorkForce Academy Public Courses WorkForce Academy instructor led public courses are delivered at WorkForce Software corporate headquarters in Livonia, Michigan. These courses are open to multiple clients based on seat availability. Public courses combine lecture, product demonstration and hands on activity, and allow attendees to collaborate and share insights with other WorkForce Software clients in attendance. Training materials for each class are provided. WorkForce Academy On Demand is offered for purchase during the EmpCenter implementation project or included in our Platinum and Diamond support offerings. 1

All instructor led WorkForce Academy courses that are APA certified are identified in this catalog. WorkForce Academy On Demand courses are currently not APA certified. 2
