And the trainee will likely agree to it because they can get a bird s eye view of what lays ahead. In addition, any current territory owner can purchase additional territories for $4,000 ($3,000 if purchased at the same time that their own territory is purchased). Then they can either hire agents, which very few do, or resell the territory as an investment. Then the Master Territory Owner gets a 10% royalty on every business sold by a territory owner underneath them. And while the territory owner
underneath them remains an independent territory owner with the same program and splits outlined herein, NAABB provides the master territory an equal split of the commissions paid to NAABB.
