Overview of our Pegged Partnership with Regional One Pegged was deployed September 1, 2014. As of April 30, 2015, Regional One has hired 100 people through the Pegged process. Early results, shown on the next slide, indicate that Pegged is curbing turnover in the job categories where we are deployed. Compared to other clients, Regional One is doing an excellent job of being thoughtful about making exceptions to Pegged recommendations. Where we are going We plan to ramp up our efforts on Facebook The recruitment industry is becoming increasingly reliant on social media for sourcing candidates and Facebook is something which a lot of companies are trying now with differing success it is definitely a place where active and passive talent both hang out.
