VALLEY COUNTY COURT SERVICES 550 Deinhard Lane, McCall, ID 83638 Community Service Program You have been ordered by the Court to perform a specific number of Community Service hours as a condition of your probation. Community Service is unpaid, volunteer work that is beneficial to the community. Community Service gives you an opportunity to show that you will accept responsibility. Community Service can be a positive experience: an opportunity to use your skills or talent for the benefit of others; work that is self-satisfying which you may wish to continue even after completing your required hours. 1. Read and sign the COMMUNITY SERVICE AGREEMENT and return to the Community Service Coordinator, your Probation Officer or Diversion Coordinator. 2. Contact an APPROVED site on the APPROVED LIST or contact the CS Coordinator for assistance. COMMUNITY SERVICE MAY ONLY BE DONE FOR NON PROFIT OR GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. 3. Work sites NOT on the list must be approved by the CS Coordinator BEFORE you begin working. 4. Take your Time Sheet with you to the work site and have the site supervisor sign it before you leave the site. 5. Completed Time Sheets must be turned in to the Community Service Coordinator at the McCall Courthouse Annex.
