SEAVAULT QUARTERS For your comfort, convenience and security, each of SeaVault s 14 slips is deeded with an adjacent multistory structure for use as a private residence, crew quarters, personal office, entertainment or leisure space, or nearly anything else you can think of. These spacious facilities can be custom finished to accommodate your own needs, bringing ashore the pleasures and luxuries of your life onboard. On four levels, all overlooking your private berth, your SeaVault quarters incorporates a wealth of custom features, such as a large, flow-through garage for convenient loading, unloading and storage of personal vehicles and everything else you may need aboard or ashore. On the canopied roof level, a plunge pool and Jacuzzi are perfect for entertaining and relaxing while overlooking your slip and the river beyond. The companies work extensively on major private and public construction projects. In 2003, Mr. Meruelo co-founded Commercial Bank of California, serves on its Board, and is its majority shareholder. As of December 2014, Mr. Meruelo is also the majority shareholder of NCAL Bancorp, the parent company of National Bank of California. In 2011, Mr. Meruelo diversified into the gaming and hospitality industry with the acquisition of the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino located in Reno, Nevada.
