Exercise therapy for treatment of non-specific low back pain Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews 2005, Issue 3. 3 Author s s conclusions: Exercise therapy appears to be slightly effective at decreasing pain and improving function in adults with CLBP. In ALBP exercise therapy is no more effective than no treatment or conservative interventions.
