Qfiniti Enterprise Help Desk Workshop Participants in this workshop learn to provide support for administrators and end users of Qfiniti Enterprise products including: Observe, Advise, Explore, Expert, and Survey. Duration: 4 days Note: when delivered at a customer site, the duration depends on which products are licenses for the site. Audience: Customer help desk personnel responsible for handling first level support for Qfiniti Enterprise. Prerequisites: None Training Room Requirements Computers for each participant with access to the Qfiniti Desktop A computer projector A whiteboard or easel with markers A computer for the Autonomy trainer with access to the Qfiniti Desktop Verification of a fully functional Qfiniti Enterprise system It is the customer s responsibility to have the Qfiniti Desktop installed and functional before the training session.
