Sonesta International Hotels Corporation operates hotels throughout the U.S., Latin America, and Egypt. An RMR affiliated company acquired Sonesta, a formerly NASDAQ listed company, on January 31, 2012. Sonesta currently has 33 flagged hotels and cruise ships. Hotels in Cambridge, MA and New Orleans, LA were acquired by Hospitality Properties Trust and will be managed by Sonesta.
