As per meeting held on site in the presence of Mr. Shapiro the application was reviewed and agreed that the contractor is currently performing in accordance with the agreed upon schedule and the user is satisfied with the final product. Overall project at City Ridge Apartments is currently at 71% completion. Site Observations and Follow ups: 1. Final Oversight report and O&M manuals are being prepared by URS (environmental consultant) and will be distributed under separate cover. 2. The light poles are on hold pending approval of the prototype. 3. Replacement of metal stairs and repairs to landings at breezeways is in progress. 4.
