NOTES Payment default or other breach of contract shall be subject to costs that are the responsibility of the debtor. Such costs may include, for example, legal costs, collection agency expenses and fees charged by the enforcement authority. The amount of these costs are subject to existing legislation and the valid price lists of the service providers. Kiinteistömaailma and Danske Bank pay each other a commission for customer guidance cooperation ranging from 10 to 50 per case. These prices are the valid minimum rates that the bank is entitled to change. If the work costs arising from a customer s request exceed these rates, the actual work costs shall be charged. The bank is entitled to debit charges and fees from the customer s account. Foreign currency withdrawal at branch The bank debits the foreign currency account according to the average rate and sells the banknotes at the selling exchange rate for banknotes.
