A. Metatrader 4 Installation Tutorial All strategies and system have been designed for the Metatrader 4 forex platform. If you haven t already downloaded and installed Metatrader 4, do that first. We highly recommed that you open an account with XM, one of the best Metatrader 4 brokers. B. Installing MT4 Indicators Download the FXTSP-MT4-Downloads.zip file and unzip the file using a free unzip tool. The unzipped file contains all Metatrader 4 indicators you need. Installing the indicators to the Metatrader 4 platform Step 1: Run the XM Metatrader 4 platform. Step 2: Open the data folder from the main menu Published by FXTSP.com 5
Step 3: Open the MQL4 folder Step 4: Click the indicators folder inside the MQL4 folder Published by FXTSP.com 6
Step 5: Open the indicators folder Copy all indicators from the FXTSP zip file into this folder. Then restart the Metatrader 4 platform. You're now ready to start using all indicators! C. Using Trading Systems And Strategies This section describes a typical example of installing and trading a system or strategy found on FXTSP.com. Step 1: Start XM Metatrader 4 Step 2: Open a new chart Step 3: Add the Forex Indicators to the chart (drag and drop) + adjust the recommended indicator settings (if needed). You can add all indicators directly from the Navigator's window (see pic below). Published by FXTSP.com 8
Please note that the FXTSP zip file contains most of the Forex Indicators. Just scroll down the list until you see the indicator. Important You'll find the other indicators used in the default Metatrader 4 indicators folder (moving average, PSAR, MACD, Relative Strength Index,...). They are basic trading indicators, so there's no need to add them to the FXTSP zip file. You can add the Forex Indicators directly from the Metatrader 4 Navigator window. For example, the Stochastic 1 Min Forex Scalper (click the link below to open): http://www.fxtsp.com/1203-stochastic-1-min-forex-scalper/ This strategy requires you to add both the 100 simple moving average indicator and the Stochastic oscillator to the chart. Both indicators are listed in the MT4 default indicators folder (Trend folder and Oscillator folder). How to modify the recommended indicator settings?
