Determine AMEDD Applicant Eligibility TASK: Determine AMEDD Application Eligibility CONDITION: Given ARNG AMEDD SOP, NGR (AR) 600-100, AR 135-101, USAREC Reg 601-37, AR 40-501, AR 600-9, AR 135-7, All States Incentive Policy, and a Student Handout STANDARDS: Score a minimum of 70% on a reference based written examination.

Ecclesiastical Endorsement All Chaplains are required to have on file with OCCH an Ecclesiastical Endorsement (DD Form 2088) submitted for them by an AFCB Listed Endorsing Agent (goes to the Army CoCsoffice) Approved endorsers can be found at http://prhome.defense.gov/mpp/chaplains% 20BOARD/endorsements.aspx You cannotload the DD2088 (EE) in DCA Age AR 135-100,1-6, Table 1-1 -"less than 40". Waiver Authority (AR 135-100,1-8, 2-1): 1) "Less than 47" with at least three years of prior AFS or creditable Reserve service, at the time of commissioning. 2) "Less than 45" for those without prior service, at the time of commissioning. 3) 10 USC 1251 CHs can serve through age 67 birthday. CH Eligibility Education Undergrad of 120 hours (any subject) from an accredited institution Masters: DODI 1304.28 states that the 72 hour minimum must be a singular degree of at least the minimum required hours: -36 hours of the 72 must be of specific academic content -An Academic Evaluation Worksheet (AEW) is necessary for the applicant to determine if their coursework meets requirements (on GKO portal) Unaccredited undergraduate degrees are washed if applicant is enrolled in an accredited graduate program Unaccredited Masters degrees must have 3 wash letters from accredited institutions No advance credit, life experience credit, or credit for CHBOLC (grad credit only!!)
